School

"Okay so let me get this straight, i cant read your mind because your a shield?" Edward asks smiling, i smile back and nod i look at Bella and see she is sound asleep, i had been explaining to them how i became half and half.

"I'm going to change for school see you later"i say walking to the door smiling "see you later Kendal" he says smiling, i walk to my room and change (outfit at the top), i put on eyeliner, mascara and bright red lipstick, i then put my hair in loose curls and grab my black backpack and go downstairs to see Bella and Edward sat at the table "Morning guys" i say and grab a glass from the shelf and fill it with orange juice, i sit next to Bella and her jaw is dropped "what?" i asked amused by her face "how can you walk in them heels and not die?" she asked closing her jaw "i am like mom like that i could run a marathon in these and not fall" i say smiling as i put my glass in the sink.

"You guys ready?" Edward says as me and Bella put our backpacks on "yeah" we say and they go into Edwards car and i go in my BMW i follow Edwards car until we reach school, when my car rolls in every head spins to look at me, when i get into my parking space next to Edwards car i step out and hear wolf whistles, i blush and look down as i walk to Edward and Bella "lets get your schedule" Edward says and half way there we see Jacob Black "Hey Bella" he says and goes up to her giving her a hug "Kendal?" he says shocked "yeah that's my name don't were it out" i say sassily and cross my arms.

"Excuse me I'm sorry i remember your name i thought we were friends?" he says "Please i remember when i visited when i was 14 you and your tanned friends attacked me through eggs at me and I'm allergic to eggs" i say angrily "Bells want to hang out?" he says ignoring me and Edward "sure" she says and climbs on the back of his motorbike.

"Lets get your schedule" he says smiling and we start walking to the front office while talking, we get my schedule and we compare, we have the same, first we have biology. We walk to biology, i walk to the teacher and he says to sit next to Edward because he changed to seating plan. I sit next to him and pull out a note book and a pen, i write notes when the teacher speaks and i try to ignore that Edward i staring at me so i try to shock him by turning to him and giving him my most dazzling smile, he smiles back and then the bell goes and we pack up our things, when we start walking down the isle i cockle over and i feel Edward grab my waist to steady me "thank you" i say smiling while standing up properly "no problem" he says smiling and lets go of my waist.
After History we have break so me and Edward walk to his family "hello everyone this is Kendal Bella's younger sister but she is graduating early because she is really smart" Edward says when we get to his family "hey Kendal I'm Rose" a girl with blonde hair says and motions me to sit next to her so i do and Edward sits next to me "hello" i say smiling and she smiles back.

After i get introduced to everyone, i favourite girl is Rose and my favourite guy is Edward, me and Edward head to gym and everyone else goes to there class. When we get to the changing rooms i go to the girls and he goes to the boy's, after we both get changed we all go onto the field, "Okay everyone today you're all running 4 laps and then 50 push ups go!" Coach says, and all of the boys start running but the girls are walking, i roll my eyes and start running i run past all the boys and i hear people gasp when i start running the 5th lap when everyone else is only on the 3rd lap.

I finish the 5th lap and then when i finish my 45th push up i feel someone start doing push ups next to me, i finish the 50th push up, when i stand up i see Edward. "You're fast" i say breathing heavily "you're fast as well did you ever do cross country?" Edward asks "yeah" i say as he stands up "oy! Swan!Come over here!" i hear coach shout, i run over "yes coach?" i say smiling "your fast and strong, i want you to join boys football team and cross country" he says smiling "I'd love to" i say smiling, he dismisses me saying that there's practice for football every Friday and cross country on a Friday lunch.

I jog back to Edward smiling "why are you so smiley?" he asks looking down at me "I'm on the boys football team and I'm in the cross country team!" i say excitedly "really? i am to" he says and smiles back "Alright when your finished go change!" Coach shouts and me and Edward run to the changing rooms to change.

After i get changed i see Edward waiting for me outside the girls changing room "hey" i say and he turns around "hey you ready to go?" he asks, i smile and nod, we talk about what we like to do, until we reach the dinning hall, we walk to the food place and i grab a slice of pizza, an apple and orange juice, Edward gets his food but he obviously is not going to eat it. We reach the table were Edwards family is "hey guys" i say and sit next to Rose and Edward "hey Kendal" they say smiling.

After the rest of the day, i walk to my car alone because Edward had to stay behind to talk to the teacher, i feel my phone buzz and i pull it out and see Bella's text me i hear a swerving noise but i carry on texting Bella back "watch out!" i hear someone say but i feel something his my back and i fly forward "is she okay?! Someone call an ambulance!" i here a girl shout at people run towards me, i feel cold arms around my waist and help me sit up "are you okay?" i here Edward say "my back hurts" i say and put my head on his shoulder, i feel him move his hand to my back and it feels better from the cold.

I here the sound of an ambulance and people whispering, "what a good first day" i say sarcastically, Edward chuckles "what happened?" i ask "this guy ran into you and went of laughing" i hear a kid in the crowd say, i nod. When I'm in the ambulance Edward gets in the back of it with me "what hurts sweetie?" i here a nurse say "my back" i say wishing that Edward still had his hand on it "okay its probably just bruised" she says smiling.

After been checked up on at the hospital they say that i can go home but i have to stay in bed for tomorrow, Dad is here but he's getting me a drink of orange juice and Bella is still with Jacob, but Edward is here and is still talking to me, "the nurse said that your free to go" Dad says walking in "where's my car?" i ask "Edwards taking you home and I'm picking up your car" Dad says and walks out, Edward helps me up "thanks" i say smiling as we start walking down the hallway.

When we get to the car i get in the passenger's side and he gets inside the drivers side, we start driving "next time i see that Jared kid I'm gonna beat the shit out of him" i say cracking my knuckles, Edward chuckles "don't worry Rose is already talking to him" he say giving me a crocked grin, i smile back.

We reach my house and he helps me inside, "you know i feel a bit better, because I'm half vampire i heal quicker" i explain when i walk into the living room, he sniffs the air "someone's been here" he says and runs upstairs and i stand up from the couch, he runs down stairs "lets write a note for Charlie saying that your at the Cullens because you let Rose use your notes for biology okay?" he says and i write it on a piece of paper and put it on the table "okay" i say and we walk to the door when it opens "Edward, Kendal were are you going?" Bella asks "I'll explain in the car follow me" Edward says and grabs both of our hands and we walk to the car.

After we explained to the Cullens what had happened i fell asleep in the car on our way home.
