Old Friends

I look outside the window to see my best friend Anna from Arizona stood, pale skinned and gold eyed, my eyes widen, i run outside and everyone follows me, i fling my arms around Anna and she smiles hugging me, "Anna" i sigh into her dyed red hair, "Kendal" she sighs still hugging me.

I pull away smiling widely, "what are you doing here?" i ask as the Cullen's walk closer to us, "what? Can't i see my best friend?" she says pouting, i giggle "your a vampire" she says smirking at me, "yep, so are you" i say as Edward wraps an arm around my waist.

"Who's this?" she asks smirking at me, "my boyfriend Edward" i say as Ellie bounds into my arms, i take Simon and Edward takes the two girls, "who are these cuties?" she asks smiling at them, "we adopted Ellie and i conceived the triplets" i say smiling at my best friend.

Ellie hides her face in my hair shyly, "why don't you come inside?" Carlisle says leading us inside, we all sit on the couches, Ellis sits in between me and Edward, i cradle Simon who looks 1 now just like his sisters.

"Moma" he says cutely, i awe and run my fingers through his blonde hair, "you said your first word kiddo" i say excitedly, i see Anna looking at Simon her eyes bright, i take Edward's hand behind Ellie, I think Anna is Simon's mate i think to him, he nods smiling softly at me.

I put my hand on my knee as Anna smiles at me, "so how did you become a vampire?" i ask smiling at her, "i had a vampire boyfriend, he was bad, he changed me" she says shuddering, "ass" i mutter rolling my eyes, they all laugh at me.

"I know" i hear a voice growl from behind me, my vision goes distorted as Esme takes Simon, i stand up and walk towards Anna's ex who is also my cousin Jamie, "who is that?" Jake asks as i growl up at Jamie, he growls back, i grab the back of his neck and everyone follows apart from Esme who stays with the kids.

I throw him to the ground angrily, "i knew you bad but seriously turning my best friend!" i exclaim and he stands up pushing me against a tree, i kick him away by his stomach, he grabs my foot and swings me deep into the forest, i land in a deep river with a strong current.

I'm 1/2 vampire and 1/2 human so i do have strength but not so much, i try to swim but it's almost impossible, my head bobs above water, "Edward!" i scream been pulled under, my head hits a rock and i wince in pain as i see blood in the water.

I'm pulled up and i splutter for breath as the person carries me to the shore, "Kendal! Baby are you okay?" it's Edward, "my head" i say gripping his set shirt, "your gonna be fine" he says and in a flash we are home were i see Jamie dead.

My head slowly heals back together, Anna pulls me into a hug, "you idiot" she says and i see black cover my vision, "I'm an idiot" i say and pass out leaning on my best friend.
