Chapter 22

Chad's POV

I woke up beside her, and it made me smile just looking at her. Gosh shes so beautiful!, I thought to myself. But im scared of and for her, the power that she has if so powerful, I mean that was the first time anyone made me feel weak, and its dangerous for me and for her too.

I took a shower, went downstairs to grab breakfast, Elayne isnt awake yet so I just made myself some cereal. I sat beside her on a chair just staring at her and hoping her beautfiul green eyes would open. Just hoping.

I heard my door open and it is Dr. Lavar.

"Hey" He said putting his bag down beside me "Great news"

"What is it?" I stood up

"Well I might have found a solution for waking her up early, but its very risky. If she does wake up, she might not control herself. Her powers will be all over the place since its the first time she will be unleashing it, it will be very powerful. Theres a 50-50 chance that she will survive or she wont." He finished.

"What do i have to do?" I said feeling excited and hopefull.

"She needs the blood of her vampire parent and a powerful vampires blood, I will combine them and lets try that, I will put it in her system and lets see. This will awake her vampire senses more than it is awake now. This process will make her very protective of herself since she is very sensitive that is when she wakes up."

"How long does it take?" I asked

"Well it depends on how much blood we put blood in her systerm, we are only going to put a couple of drops in her system if shes not awake by the matter of 2-3 days we will put more. I must warn you though, this process is very dangerous. There is a chance she will never come back"

"I just want to be able to live with my life knowing that i have tried, just once" I said looking at her "Maybe that will be enough for her"

"Ok" He said grabbing his bag and tooking a piece of paper out of it "I need you to sign this to tell everyone thats associated with this that you are giving us permission to do this"

I hesitated for a moment, but I grabbed the paper and looked at it alittle bit and it seemed to me that there are no loop holes, and I trust Dr. Lavar with my life. I grabbed the pen from his hands and signed it. hoping I dont regret this is the future.

"So is my blood good enough?" I asked giving him the piece of paper

"Yes, Yes it is, considering you are one of the most pwerful. But do you know which of her parents are vampires"

--Oh Crap!--

"No, but i'll figure it out" I said sitting down and holding her hand
