You stand there shocked, unable to speak from what just happened.
Y/F/N dashes around the room excitedly, "he could be the one for you!" She says jumping up and down with joy.
Thoughts are racing through your head. Good thoughts and Bad Thoughts.

What if he doesn't?
Should you tell him?
You slowly get up and face Y/F/N.
"Im gonna go make us some tea" you say, "...to calm us down a bit".
She nods smiling at you as you walk into the room (kitchen) closing the door behind You.

As the kettle finishes boiling, you hear the door open.
"Hey!" You hear someone say.
You go closer to the door, pressing your ear to it.
"Oh hey Dan" you hear Y/F/N say.
You step back from the door and bite your lip.
Shit.
What sbould i do?
You pour the tea into 3 cups and open the kitchen door.
Dan is stood there.
He immediately notices you and his eyes sparkle brightly.
"Hey Y/N!" He says, his dimples showing.
You grin at him, "hey Dan!"
"Dan was wondering if you wanna go over to his room for a bit" Y/F/N says smiling.
You nod, "yeah sure. Sounds good".
"Okay then" Dan says, "lets go then?"
You grin and nod, "yeah", following him out of your room and along the hall.

You arrive at his room at the end of the hall . He unlocks it and steps aside to let you in. You brush past him quickly taking a quick glance around. "Is Phil here?" You ask, turning back to him.
"Uhm no?" Dan says, closing the door, "why?"
You take a deep breath and take a step closer to him, "why...did you pull away earlier...?"
He bites his lips and frowns a bit. His cheeks go bright red and he looks imbarrassed. " well... i guess I didnt want to ruin my chances with an amazing girl like you" he says, glancing down at the floor and trying to avoid eye contact with you .
You stand there, a bit surprised.
Amazing?
He thinks im amazing?
You smile, "well what if i liked you...in that way...?"
Dan widened his eyes and looked up at you, "you...do...?"
"And what if i wanted to kiss you back?" You say smiling, "and still do now ".
Dan smiles, stepping a bit closer to you.
You lean in slightly.
He does too.
The space between your lips gets smaller and smaller until you realise you are kissing the one you love.
