Chapeter 01: A New Beginning

'Cause we've got spirit!" The cheerleaders in they're best cheerful voice, sing to the football team, supporting them in every second. With they're preppy clothes gold and white, the school colors. The cheerleaders decide to do the pyramid. As the girls get together, Ella, keeps an eye on her brother Brandon Monetz who is #18, captain of the football team, tonight, they're against Wooldson Highschool-Panthers, they're biggest rival. The board scores, Home-46 Visitor-46.

"Hurry Ella" Nicole, Ella companion, pulls her and helps her get to the top of the pyramid. Ella moves around her pom-poms chanting "
Attack! Attack!
Warriors - attack!
Panthers watch out,
You better get back!" Ella, raises her voice again to chant. Smiling and watching her brother, ready to make a final touchdown. Ella get down and does dancing moves to crowd that are excited for the game. You could see everyone is having a good time. A lot of people came to see this game, children running around, parents watching as they cheer for the team. Ella turns around when the crowd raised their enthusiastic cheers, she sees her brother, carry the ball, towards that just Y. The cheerleaders cheer "Yes we can do it!!!" Ella couldn't help but worry about him, since half of those football players are half alphas, betas or normal people. Sometimes Brandon can get angry when another wolf challenges him, but he knows that he needs to control it.

"Common Brandon, you can do it"

Buzzzz the crowd explode of excitement, we have won. Everyone was trowing popcorn around, screaming of excitement, the football players collided with other, hugging and patting each other. As the cheerleaders hug and cheer.

After 2hrs of the victory, most of the football players and cheerleaders went out to eat, Ella, heads over to her brothers car, waiting for him by the passenger seat. She looks up at the sky, enjoying how quite is, no cheers, no screams, she love the silence of the night. She closed her eyes and inhale the coolness of the night.

"Ella?" Ella eyes open and look at where the voice came from. It was Jacob, also a football player, wearing his jersey, showing how proud of our victory. Ella smiled.

"I wonder if we have lost you wouldn't be wearing that" she point with her index at his jersey.

He smirk "No, I'll still show my pride for the school" he take her side and leans on the car "waiting for your brother" Ella nods "He's with Erica, it might take sometime, so I brought you his keys" He takes out of his pocket a key holder with other keys, one is for the house, another 2 car keys and the other 2 Ella doesn't know what's its use for.

"Thanks, last time he made me wait for an hour, ever since he found his mate, he's been busy with her" Ella, opens the car door but before she could fully open it, Jacob hand gets in the middle of it.

"Have you thought of my question" He asks curiously. Ella closes her eyes, she wants to say no, but he has been her friend since middle school and doesn't want to loose his friendship.

She sighs and turns to him "I appreciate you interested in me, I do, but you know I'm waiting for my mate. All my first time, I want to do it with him."

"Why if he never appears, what if he already done his first time-" Ella cuts him

"I will wait for him"

Jacob let out a sigh and look around avoiding her eyes, try to hold in his feelings from spilling out. He starts walking away from her, Ella gets a rush of gilt. She didn't want this to end up like this, but that's what she wants to do and wait for her mate.

A new day, a new semester. School had started and Ella wasn't feeling herself today, she had a high fever and could barely move, but she had to come to school.
"Ella, what classes did you got" Nicole, Ella companion and best friend, comes towards her locker

"I got Adv. Calculus, Adv. Government. Health. Art" Ella says, she have memorized her schedule, as she applys notebooks and her stuff inside her locker "How about you?"

Nicole notice her face was light red "I have 1st and 2nd with you as for 3th Geology and P.E.- Ella are you feeling well, you seen-" Nicole place her hand on Ella forehead, her eyes widen "Ella you're burning- we should take you to the nurse" Nicole grabs her hand to pull her but Ella resist

"No, I'm already, you know how I'm sick, I'm used to this" Ella leans on her locker, letting the cold metal cool down her fever. Ella was born early that she was expect, since then her immune system is low but since she's a wolf, her wolf helps her not to get sick. This lead to high fever or even days of deep sleep.

'Yes I know you're sick but, I can feel this isn't your sickness.. Like I don't know I don't even know how to explain myself" Nicole takes out a package, she bends it, releasing the coldness inside "I knew this will come in handy here place it on your forehead when you need it"

Ella weakly smiles and grabs it "Thank you, you're the best" placing the cold pad on her forehead

"I know, now we should go or we will be late" Nicole tangles her arm around her arm and head to their class.

As they sit down, Ella couldn't stop thinking about what Nicole said, this isn't her normal fever. Something is wrong she should tell her brother about just in case.

"Blake are you sure you want to go back to school, we can home-"

Blake, who was on the opposite side of the car, with his sight on the window, watching the how quickly the trees pass by.

"No, I'm fine. After all I got to finish my education in order to be a great alpha. " Blake puts on his earphones, putting Moonlight sonata, his favorite. His parents looks at him with worry and sigh,they knew they can convince their son, once he has something in his mine, no one cant interfere.

Alpha and Luna just hold each other close, in pain, knowing what they have left behind on their old place, now they're returning to their home town.

Blake couldn't stop feeling anxious. Like something was going to happen, just like that night...when he had the same feeling, but it was to late to realized that feeling was a warning.

"We're here, alpha and Luna"

Blake rolls down the window and give a look at their house, his childhood house, where most of his happiness lays.

"Home, we're back" He says.
