There's a silver line connecting your body with your spirit when you're astral projecting, and some entity could hinder you from getting back into your body if you're not careful... I heard this on a radio program, but I forgot what it was...

I remember reading an article that led into how to perform astral projecting and the different planes you can cross. @anklestrings this is difficult. Is it on the continent of Asia or Australia?
