Peridot's POV

I wandered through the kindergarten ,my glasses broken ,pieces of glasses were penetrating my eyes .My body all bruised ,it was aching non-stop.
My shoulder out of place ,my knees were weak .I tried to stand up ,and I failed ,but luckily I caught myself on a rock .
Through the distance ,I saw something ,a faint glow ,my blury vision could not quiet let me see what was infront of me for a second .Suddenly my eyes turn everything dark ,all I saw was pitch black.

The last thing I saw was the faint purple glow that seemed to come a little closer to me each second .
I felt my body fall to the ground hard ,I blinked my heavy eyelids once or twice but I could not see anything .Just the glow that kept me conscious for a few more seconds.

Suddenly...the glow dissapears ,and everything is dark .I felt my dry throat let out my last breath ...

Suddenly ,I open one of my eyes ,I saw this bright light which made me close it again .The brightness made my eye burn ,which eventually gave me a head ache .A pained moan escaped my mouth as I tried to sit half way up of where I was laying .It was soft ,my scraped elbows managed to keep me half way up .
I slowly open both of my eyes ,everything was bright but blury .I squint my eyes and it takes a few seconds to focus ,until I see four concerned faces looking straight at me.

"W-what?" was all I asked.

"W-where am I?" I asked the concerned faces .They seemed familiar somehow ,I could not really tell from where or even when...

"You are in the temple." the pale girl with bright blue eyes said to me ,she was suprisingly slim .She stood up and sat next to me.

"Do you remember anything of what happened?" the girl asked again ,this time holding my shoulder .
I flinched a little feeling the pain of how she put a little preausure on my dislocated shoulder.

"Peridot?" a young boy with fluffy hair asked .He was standing on the end of the soft square I was laying on.

I raise one of my eyebrows at him...
"Peridot?" I ask him ,just a straight question.

"Oh-no..." a tall woman said under her breath.

"What's wrong?" the boy asked looking up at her concerned.

"She doesn't remember anything..."
A voice came from behind the boy and the woman ,they moved a side revealing a purple skined girl with long wavy-ish hair .Her bright purple eyes looking straightly at mine .It made me feel a weird sensation .
My eyes look at every inch of her body ,and I suddenly think she is beautiful.

"What!?why?!" the boy pressed his cheecks together in surprise .The pale lady sitting besides me pulls me to sit on the edge of the soft square.

"Do you know who we are?" the lady asked ,I just shook my head no.

I heard loud gasps come from each and every one of the mouth's of every person in the room except for me.
The purple-skined girl walked closer ,the scent of the strawberry that came from her hair gave me a pleasant feeling .But I felt ...weird ,this stranger is making me feel like this .

"Um...thank you for your hospitality but I have to leave." I say standing up but failed ,my knees shaked and they made me sit down again .

"I think you have to stay until your memory is fully recovered." the tall red-skinned lady stood up and crossed her arms ,her wide hips blocked the sun that was coming from the window giving me some shade .She seemed really intimidating.

"But-"

"She's right ,Peridot .You should rest some more." The boy crawled next to me .

They all stood up and left me alone in the soft square ,they went down some stairs and headed for a kitchen near by .I peeked my head and saw them whisper while pointing at my direction .

I lay down ,look at the roof and ask myself...

"Who's Peridot?"
