Mabel's POV
Me and dipper both finished our lunches and put out dishes in the sink. Before we left Dipper grabbed his journal and put it in his vest pocket as he asked me "What do you want to look for?" I shrugged and said " what if we chase after a goblin?!" He laughed and nodded and we both walked out through the door.
Bill's POV
I floated around them still not visible to them but I know they could sense my presence because they both got chills and asked each other questions like 'Did you just say something under your breath?' or 'Did you feel that?' but they never figured out I was there.
Dipper's POV
We were really deep in the woods but still found nothing, no goblins, no monsters it was weird as if something had scared them away. I decided that they were just hiding from a truck that had passed by or something and said to Mabel "hey let's split up you go right I'll go left, we're bound to find something right? And if we do find a goblin or any other monster we'll yell or use our walkie-talkies" Mabel nodded and smiled and said in her usual tone of voice "Sounds like a great plan dip-dip!" She ran right and I walked left.
Bill's POV
I smirked and thought 'bad idea pine tree.' I floated next to Shooting star and hid behind a tree and became visible to her and landed on the ground, still in my human form and walked towards her. "Um excuse me?" I said thinking, 'I sound like an idiot... Great.' Shooting star looked at me and smiled warmly as she stopped running.
Mabel's POV
"Yes? " I said to the stranger that apparently loved the color yellow, gold, and black. He asked me if I knew my way around Gravity Falls. I of course said" yes of course I do!" He asked " Could you please show me around then?" I nodded in response and said "I'm Mabel Pines by the way, what's your name? The stranger looked down at me and stuttered" I-uh my... Name... I-is B-Will! My name is Will... " I looked at him and laughed and said" okay Mr. B-Will! Let me just tell my bro that I got to cancel!" I pulled out my walkie-talkie and turned it on and said through it "hey bro-bro sorry I'm gonna cancel I made a new friend!" He replied with his usual sigh and an okay.
Bill's POV
I thought to myself 'Will?! I don't know I panicked! It rhymed! She bought it! It works!' I looked down at her and noticed there wasn't much of a height different, My human form must be about 14 years old since shooting star and pine tree are still about 12. Shooting star looked up at me and smiled and said "Let's go Will!" she took my hand and I blushed a little not even realizing it and I finally realized it when she was guiding me through the woods I already knew very well and thought 'Is it true that I like Shooting Star? Is it really true?'
