Konoha's Future

*fingerscrossed* something unexpected coming...

We reached his home, I mean our home and I was still being carried like a bride. "Thank God! No one saw us. Otherwise you will have been mocked as a Hokage by everyone." I said.
"Aha, I really don't care. I won't mind if we were seen by anyone else than Naruto! Because that's the only guy who has guts to mock any person to death. I didn't smell him and that's why I dared", Kakashi pouted literally throwing me on his bed. His shadow clone disappeared after putting the box in the corner of his room.
"The great Hokage seems to be scared of a little boy, am I right?" I teased him. Also I was worried from inside to anticipate what would come next.
"Ah, let's say I am not scared but I get bothered. To avoid the troublesome situation, it's better to ignore him. Now, guess what," he said bringing his lips close to my ear sending me chills. "Let's do something tonight that decides the future of our village." His husky voice in my ears made my heart beat fast. My eyes widened thinking what future of the village he was talking about!
"Kakashi? What are you..?" He placed a sweet kiss on my nose and got off me grinning like a child. He took off his jacket and fishnet and detached all the weapons he had hidden inside it. Now he was just in his dark blue sleeveless vest. Man, he is hot! I gulped and sat up on the bed looking at him. He stood up and opened his drawer and took out a few sheets of paper. He then opened his locker and took out a scroll. He took all that material and placed it beside me. I was still looking at him, partially drooling. What the hell is he up to?
"Yo, here!" He snapped his fingers in front of my eyes making me come out of my fantasies. "Hey? What are you planning Nishikawa? Stop looking at me with such eyes."
"Huh? I am sorry Kakashi. But what is going on? You just did something that... I thought you were going to..." I really blushed hard with embarrassment. I had different thoughts though I was not ready, so dumb of me! Man, and why did I even have to say this?
"Let's plan the safety of Konoha, Together." He grinned again. I don't know why does he have to make such cute faces all the time! I feel like pulling out his cheeks and poking his forehead every time he grins like that.
"So, this is what you were talking about future of village?" I laughed out.
"Yes, why?" He took a long pause and then smirked, "haha, what exactly were you thinking, Nishikawa? Oh no, I never thought you could be so naughty."
No! Not that. Why did he have to come up with this result? God, it is so embarrassing!
"Shut the hell up Kakashi. I will kill you! We already have a lot to do, so don't just play around, you fool, you idiot. Let us work tonight, we have to do a neat planning of our village so that people could easily evacuate if any further attack comes!" I literally shouted closing my eyes. Say it in embarrassment but pretending to be serious and angry.
"Hey, you don't need to shout like that, I was just kidding!" He said patting my head looking at me as if I was a little kid.
          So, we came up with a brilliant plan together. Though it was his idea, i had to do the drawing work and fixing some of his points. But what he came upto, was just amazing! He made a true Hokage even though he underestimated himself.

The Plan:
          Keeping Captain Yamato and others' abilities in his mind, he layered the village in 3 layers!

1st Layer: The Fake Village where no villager exists but a few Disguised Shinobis and buildings.
This layer makes the intruder believe that this is the actual village.
2nd Layer: The Actual Village where the normal villagers along with Shinobis would live their routine. This would be 500 metres below the ground and to the Southwest of the village. This one will not be visible to the outsiders as it would be hidden under a seal

3rd Layer: The Hideouts and Evacuation Ground. Here, in case of extreme emergency, people would go underground, travel to the south of the village several metres away from the village. Here there will be medical equipments plus food storage enough for hiding for a year.
