I wake up to my alarm ringing. I reach to my phone to put it off and to my surprise I see that I have gotten a...Text?

What? Okay, I NEVER get texts.

It's an unknown number. It says..
'Good morning, beautiful. ;)'
What the heck?
'Who the hell are you?' I text back.
After a while I get a text back.
'Your secret Admirer. ;)))'

Okay, must be some creep.

Just as I'm about to block the number I get another text.
'Jeezus, it's me Dylan.'
How the hell did he get my number? I don't remember giving it to him.

'Why didn't you say so? -.- Btw, how'd you get my number?'
'Cathy gave it to me.'
Fucking Cathy.
'Okay.'
'So, wanna head to my house today? My mom's not home. You know we could do stuff.. ;)'
'Shut up, Dylan.'
'I'm just kidding woman, Gee. I'm calling you because my brother returned from London I'll call Cathy too.'
'K, what time?'
'5.'
'K cya.'
'Take care bye.'

I gotta phone Cathy and tell her that we will have to head to his house at 5.
*ring ring*
"Hello?" She greets sweetly.
"Hey, it's me Tess. Um, Dylan told us to come to his house at 5 because his brother returned from London, so I'll come pick you up and we can head there. What say?"
"His brother?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Yay, okay I'm coming."
"Haha okay cya."
"Bye, loves."
"Byeee."

I jump out of bed and brush my teeth and then take a hot bath and just put on an oversized tee that says 'Abercrombie & Fitch' and skinny jeans and head down stairs for breakfast.
Since today is a Sunday there's no school.
"Good morning mom!" I greet happily.
"Oh, good morning honey." My mom smiles.
Dad already left for office. He had to work extra only for today since he's getting a promotion.
"What's for breakfast?" I sit at the dinner table rubbing my hands together.
"Waffles and Maple syrup!" My mom excitedly puts the dishes on the table.
"Yay!"
Waffles are my favorite so I finish fast and go upstairs to watch YouTube until it's 4:30.

After 2 hours.

My alarm rings telling me that it's 4:30. Yeah, time to get ready.
I shut my laptop and dig my wardrobe for approximately 10 minutes.
I finally decide to wear an orange sundress with white polka dots which has a belt near the tummy.
It was my dads gift to my mom and now I'm using it since it became small for my mom.
I just pair it with orange Keds and loose curled hair and some basic makeup.

I don't like makeup that much I only put more to parties and stuff like that.
Soon it's 4:45.
I head downstairs.
"Mom, I'm going to Dylan's."
"Nuh-Uh, you're going alone? No way, young lady." My mom stands Infront of me with crossed hands.
"Mom, Cathy's coming along." I roll my eyes and explain.
"Oh okay then. I just want my lil princess to be safe." She kisses my forehead.
"Hehe, okay mom see ya."

I head outside and almost forget.
Shit, my car is at the cafè shop! I forgot to take it from there.
Uggghhhhhhh. Why am I so clumsy.
I immediately take my phone out and text Dylan that I will be late and also text Cathy that she will have to wait a lil longer.
I start running to the cafè, it's pretty near so that's good.

I finally reach and the time is 5:00.
I get inside my car and start my car and start going really fast to Cathy's house.
I see her standing there.
Damn, she looks hot.

She runs up to my car and sits inside. "What took you so long?"
"Didn't you get my text?" I say as I start driving to Dylan's.
"I did, but I am just asking why you were so late."
"Remember I left my car at the cafè? I forgot to take it yesterday."
"Fuck, I forgot mine too."
"This is why we are best friends." We laugh.
