• Jasmin's POV •

"What?" I asked Gabe.

"Look Jasmin, I've liked you for awhile now and I was going to ask you on a date at the dance, but people saw us together and said you had a boyfriend, so I just looked for someone who didn't have a date to the dance and Soni was like the only one. So now I'm asking you, will you go on a date with me?"

"Gabe, I'm sor-"

"Wait, your saying no?" He asked, hurt evident in his eyes.

"Look, Gabe, I just got out of a relationship and your asking me out. I really liked Hayes and I might've even loved him but I don't think I'm ready for a new relationship.......... I mean I liked you but that was the past........ I left for a year and I think I need time to regain those feelings for you... I'm sorry." I just ran out of there before he could even answer.

• At My House •

When I got home I ran straight to my room and started sobbing uncontrollably, wouldn't you if your boyfriend cheated on you then your best friend told you that he liked you but you turned him down?

• 2 Hours Later •

I was still in my room crying. My mom or my brother, Christian, would just check up on me. But I never answered I just stayed on my bed crying a river.

I heard something little hit my window so I just waited till it went away.

Then I heard it again.

And again

And again

And again

Finally I went to open the widow and saw ...
