Ziegler’s House
“Girls! It’s time to get ready for dance!” Melissa yelled. Maddie and Mackenzie were in their room getting ready when they heard this. Maddie was dressed in a blue crop top and black bootie shorts which was underneath her ALDC jacket and sweatpants. She grabbed her dance bag and Iphone and left her room. Mackenzie was dressed in a black leotard and pink tight with her ALDC sweatpants and jacket and had her dance bag in hands when she met up with Maddie in the hallway. They both ran downstairs to the car, excited to go to dance. It was the start of the new competition season. Maddie couldn’t wait to see all the girls again. When they hopped in the car Maddie said “Drive fast mom. I want to get to dance.”
“Okay Mads.” Melissa said as she backed out the driveway.
Maddie’s POV: Can’t wait to get to dance and find out who’s on top. It probably won’t be me because Nia was the national winner but I will be up there. Mine and Kendall’s duet was amazing. We got first overall. The car’s parked. Were here. Finally.
