"And I kissed him. And then we, umm, well, we had sex." She said. Fitz stayed in silence, "Say something... Fitz?"
"I just don't understand." Fitz muttered.
"What don't you understand?" Simmons asked.
"Well, did you ever love me?" He asked.
"Yes. But you're my best friend, Fitz. It's weird to think of you in that way."
"Why would you go on the date with me when your not I love with me?"
"I didn't want to upset you." She croaked.
"You've upset me by lying to me." Fitz growled. He stood up and walked to his computer.
"What are you doing?" Jemma asked. He looked at her with sorrow.
"We're going to get him back." He said.
"Fitz... You don't have too.."
"I want to. If it makes you happy."
"Fitz..."
"Jemma. Don't try and argue with me because I'm not going to change my mind."
"Thank you, Fitz."

Fitz marched in Skye's room, still angry, upset and confused. Skye put away her paperwork.
"Fitz? Are you ok?" She asked.
"No. I'm not ok. I'm not ok." He growled.
"What's wrong?" Skye asked.
"I'm just so fed up with her!"
"Upset with who, Fitz?"
"Simmons!" He yelled. Skye couldn't believe him. Fitz fed up with Simmons? She pulled him into a hug.
"But why?" She whispered.
"I feel she takes me for granted." He muttered. "I'm head over heels in love with her, and she knows." He said raising his voice. "She's done this with Trip and now with bloody Will, or whatever."
"Who's Will?" Skye asked.
"Simmons' boyfriend." He growled. "He was with her on this planet she was on." He explained.
"Oh Fitz." Skye said. Skye felt bad for Fitz, he had been in love with Simmons since the alien virus. She hugged him.
"She agreed to go to dinner with me and it turns out she has a boyfriend and might damn well be pregnant!" He yelled.
"Wait, what?" Skye said pulling away from the hug.
"Oh. They did more than kiss Skye." He growled. "I don't suppose he had a condom lying around." They stayed in silence for a few seconds, until Fitz started crying a little. "I just don't understand. Why?"
