Well, Aiden Draders and Lilian Johnson are officially in love, yay us! "We didn't even go to lunch yet." I whined as Aiden drove toward my house. "We can make something at your place. And maybe we can even watch movies or something. It's almost lunch time at school, so we can invite a few friends over to play games if you want." Aiden tells me, that's actually a good idea. "Okay, I guess that works too." I sigh. He laughs, "You wanted to be stubborn? Didn't you?" Aiden asks me, still chuckling. I sigh. "Yup but you won't let me be." I say and stick my tongue out at him. We pull into my driveway and walk inside. "Hello?" My mothers voice asks weakly as the front door creaks open. "Mom? I thought you were at work." I say after I find my mom in the kitchen. "Yeah I was, I have a headache though so I called in sick. Is this Aiden?" She asks when Aiden steps up to my side. I nod. "Mom, meet my boyfriend, Aiden. Aiden, this is my mother, Cassidy." I introduce them to each other. Aiden smiles warmly and sticks his hand out. My mom shakes it. "It's nice to finally meet you, Mrs.Johnson." My mom frowns. "You make me sound like a grandmother, witch I better not be. Call me Cassidy, please." She says, looking straight at me telling us she better not be a grandma. I bet I was turning red. "Mom, you aren't a grandma and you won't be for a long time." I assure her. She smiles. "Good." My mom says. I could feel Aiden's tenseness beside me. "So why are you home?" My mom asks me. "Lilly passed out. I carried her to the office and asked if I could take her home and stay with her." Aiden says for me. "Then why do you have a black eye?" She asks Aiden. Shit. What's he gonna say. "My buddy threw a rock at me and I wasn't paying attention." Aiden blurt out, sounding believable. She nods. "Okay." My mom says, stretching the ay part. She doesn't buy it. Agh!! "We're gonna make some lunch." I say and pull Aiden with me to the kitchen. I grab the peanut butter and a spoon and get a spoonful of it. I put the spoon of peanut butter in my mouth. Aiden laughs. "You do that?" He asks. "I don't know, do I?" I ask back sarcastically. "Yes, I guess you do." Aiden answers. I take the spoon out of my mouth for a second, "What do you want to eat?" I ask him. He puts his hand on his chin and strokes his nonexistent beard. I giggle. "I vould zike some pizza. How about you?" Aiden says in an Italian accent. "Zat is a great idea." I say in the same accent. We both start laughing like crazy. My mom comes in, looking rather confused. "Why are you two so giggly?" She asks. "Oh, no reason." I say, still giggling. Aiden gives me a glass of water after taking a sip of it himself. I drink what's left of it and put the empty glass on the counter. "I was just going to get some pizza, you kids want any?" She asks us, Aiden and I grin and look at each other. "Funny. Yes, we would. Can you pick up two or three pepperoni pizzas for us? We were going to invite a few friends over to play some games." I say to my mother. She nods and grabs her car keys. "Thank you, Casdidy." Aiden smiles at my mom. She smiles back, at him, then at me. "You're welcome, Aiden. And Lilly, he's a keeper. I want him around for a long time." She says to me. My mom then leaves. "I want to try something." We both say at the same time. Aiden smiles at me. "You first." He says. I look at his eyes, then at his lips. He seems to catch the message, so he pulls me closer and cups my cheeks. Aiden dips his head closer to mine and our lips touch. "I forgot my wall-" my moms voice says, but stops mid sentence. Aiden pulls away from me. "Mom!" I say. She looks at me, then at Aiden. "Sorry." She mumbles, kind of laughing. I grab her wallet and throw it to her. She catches it and leaves once more. "Well, that wasn't what I intended my first kiss to be like." I said. Aiden laughed. "Then forget it happened, this can be your first kiss." He says and pulls me close again. I get on my tiptoes and press my lips onto his. My hands make their way to his hair and he puts on hand on my neck, and the other on the small of my back. Out lips move in sync perfectly. He tastes really good, I know that sounds corny but it's true. I pull away for a second, "I love you." I whisper. Our lips meet again. "You too." Aiden says in the kiss. We break away a few minutes later, out of breath. "I'm happy to consider that my first kiss, with the first guy I've ever loved." I say to Aiden.
AIDENS POV:
Lilly's mom leaves. "I want to try something." We both say at the same time. I smile at Lilly. "You first," I tell her. She looks at my face, and her eyes drift to my lips. Oh. She wants to kiss me. I wanted to kiss her too, but I wasn't sure if she'd kiss back. I pull her into my body and cup her face in my hands. I lean in and touch my lips to hers. "I forget my wall-" Cassidy's voice breaks the moment. Lilly and I pull away from each other. "Mom!" Lilly shouts. I look away, knowing my face is probably red now. Cassidy smirks, and looks at Lilly, then at me. "Sorry." She chuckles. Lilly throws Cassidy's wallet to her and she leaves. "Well, that wasn't what I intended my first kiss to be like." Lilly shrugs. That was her first? God, I feel loved, and bad. Think of something, Aiden. Quick. "Then forget it happened. This can be your first kiss." I chuckle and pull her back in to me. Lilly gets on her tiptoes and puts her hands in my hair. Our lips meet for the second time today and I rest one hand on her neck, and the other on the small of her back. Our lips move in sync for a while. Lilly pulls away for a split second. "I love you," she whispers. Our lips touch again. "You too." I mumble into the kiss. We break away shortly after. Both of us are clearly out of breath. "I'm happy to consider that my first kiss, with the first guy I've ever loved." Lilly says to me. I know being sappy is like, not me and all, but that was the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me, and I'm glad it was Lilly who said it. She's the first girl I ever loved, and I love her so, so much. I pull Lilly even closer to me and wrap my arms around her waist. "I love you so much." I whisper to her. "I love you, maybe ten times more than you think you do." She whispered to me. "Impossible." I smile. Lilly struggles to back away. "We were gonna invite some friends over, lemme go." She giggles. I let her go and she grabs my phone out of my pocket. "5371," I tell her. Lilly looks at me. "That's the last 4 digits of my phone number." Lilly says. I nod, "that's why it's my password." I tell her. Lilly smiles. She types the password in and calls Mikey and Tanner. "Hey Mikey, come to my place for lunch, we're gonna eat pizza and play games." Lilly says and hangs up. She says the same thing to Tanner, just with the name Tanner rather than Mikey. Lilly looks up at me, "anyone else?" She asks. I nod, "Keith and Joe." I respond. Lily calls them and everyone agrees to meet us here at noon.
