They had arrived upon a village as such, this particular village was quite small, yet the villagers inside it seemed, well, alright. Comforting.
"Damn, it's been a long journey. But I'm not leaving you now, Ash. We've come too far for us to give up now. So I will continue to help and guide you through your journey, myself and Melissa both. With her now being your lawful lovely companion. We will set out our journey, now we don't exactly know where to start. But I hear that some people nearby are setting up an entirely new village, a sanctuary for us, Ash. Who knows what we will find there, maybe finally a place to call home. The village we are at currently is packed, and is said to be guarded by religious beliefs and with you being, well, queer to say the least. It's not a good place to be in the long run" Believe said promptly, as their eyes laid on the wooden village. "Well, at least the village people seem nice. I mean, they don't seem that mean as you said them to be." Ash added
"I didn't say they were mean,"
"Right."
"I said they were religious!"
As Ash and Believe quarrelled over bitter religiousness, Melissa set her eyes on a particular house, yet the house was like no other, she sensed movement within it. Some sort of... strange jittering. She grabbed Ash's hand and ran towards it, Ash bubbling across the gravel pavement, tripping and turning until suddenly Melissa swung her arm round and Ash crashed straight into the door.
The jittering stopped.
"H-Hello...?" questioned Melissa, Believe trailing behind. Melissa opened the door and to amazement, the room had been transformed into an oasis of canine pleasures, piles of bones, pounds of raw deer and plenty of other feral treats.
A banquet of survivalist needs.
And in the middle.....
A little girl.
