Hi, this is my first story on here and i'd really appreciate comments if you have time. And on the side is Skye :)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was walking up the aged stairs, that were groaning with my weight and the added charge of the large bag filled with all of my belongings. Glancing down at the slip of paper, I straightened, looking for room twenty-seven. My search soon interrupted by a man of about twenty with the face and body of an angel, his sharp face brightened into a smile, while he brushed his thick dark hair out of his hazel eyes. Starstruck, I continue to stare until he spoke.
"Hello, you must be Skye." He speaks in a deep seductive voice that made me want to shiver.
"H-hi" I stutter quietly and shy. " Well my names Nicholas I'm one of the owners of this place and a tenant. Here I'll show you your room." Nicholas says before turning on his heel and disappearing around the corner. Hurrying to catch up i jog until i find my self beside Nicholas, who was waiting for me in front off my door.
Quickly thanking him, I shut the door and hear him chuckle before walking across the hallway, to what I assumed was his room. Breathing a sigh of relief I turn around to find all of the furniture I ordered In the boxes, preassembled. I groan and walk over to the couch covered with bubble wrap and try to put it in the right position so you can actually sit on it. After a few failed attempts i give up and just go looking through the rest of my new apartment. It was small but perfect for me, just enough space for all of my stuff. It may have been old, but you could clearly see the effort put in the room so it was clean and livable.
Finally having an epiphany, I walk out my door and across the hall to Nicholas's room and knock. When the door opened I found that it was not Nicholas's room because at the door was another man about Nicholas's age but not Nicholas himself. But the man at the door could not be ignored for he was beautiful himself, blond blue- eyed, the stereotyped surfer.
"Well hello there" His voice smooth as honey.
"Hi, I'm Skye." I say finding new found confidence, and holding out my hand. A cocky grin appears on his face as he takes my small hand in his large one.
" 'Fraid I knew that already, I'm Christopher, but call me Chris."
"Oh, well would you happen to know where Nicholas is?"
"No, but he's my brother I'm sure I could help you, I could probably help you more than he could." he says while raising his 'brow at the innuendo in his words.
"Great, I kinda need some help moving my furniture." I say twirling my finger through one of my many red curls nervously, hoping he could. I desperately needed it done so I had somewhere to sleep tonight.
"No Problem." He answers before shutting his door and going into my room.
