Summary of previous chapter:
The Jedi counsel uncovered the secret of Emperor Palpatine, after his death by the hands of Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Also Anakin confirmed suspicions of his secret marriage to Padmé Amidala Senator of Naboo whom when we left the previous chapter was in labor with her and Anakin's child...
And now...
Padmé released another painful groan, it sounded as if someone was removing her soul. Anakin began to cry, seeing his wife in such immense pain, broke his fragile heart. The medical droid pulled forth a beautiful baby boy, with the most beautiful blue eyes, with the little strength Padmé had, she let the name Luke slip through her lips, then let out another painful groan, as the medical droid brought forth another baby this time a beautiful girl, who had sparkling brown eyes just like her mother, Padmé let another name slip through her fragile tear drenched lips, Leia.
Padmé, Luke and Leia all survived, Anakin wiped the tears from both his and Padmé's faces. They took their beautiful children to Naboo, to rest. Anakin whilst thrilled that his wife and children all survived, was fearful of raising two children, they were not safe, all he could think about was, who would look after them whilst he carried out the duties of the Jedi counsel and Padmé was being trained in the way of the Jedi by Obi-Wan, they were certainly not being left in the care of Threepeio and Artoo. This matter confused and worried him so he consulted with Padmé and Obi-Wan about who would watch over Luke and Leia and ensure they were safe from the Sith. They were also very puzzled about the situation, but then Obi-Wan suggested they left their children in the capable hands of Master Yoda and the Jedi that watch over and train the younglings at the Jedi temple...
Then an enemy they have seen all too often General Greivous, the one whom was thought to be killed by Obi-Wan, but in fact was not. He swooped in and grabbed both Anakin and Obi-Wan...
Padmé thought they were left for dead...
