A/ N : This is exactly how I feel, but those who have read this ( my friends) don't understand

Destroyed 

All this pain buried inside me

Nobody seems to care

The  ones who seemed to care

Really didn't

I could tell a tale of 

my life

and get no  response 

They say , they know me

But do they really?

The ones I call friends seem fascinated  by a needle

Then their friend who is falling

apart

I can never share

who I really am

For no-one would seem to care 

They keep moving

But I'm left behind

And they don't notice

I'm tired of the pain

the heartbreaks

the fake smiles

the backstabbers

When you're the needed the most

You're there in a heartbeat

But when you need someone

You're forced to stand alone
