-Liam-
"Come on Li, I want to show you something." Zayn said, pulling me out of my trance.
We walked hand in hand, up and down the plantation. Grave Plantation to be exact. From Zayn's house, you would think that all the plantations looked alike. But when you got there, you would be shocked. It was like a forest here. Trees scattered and touched every inch of this place. Sure, there were paths to help you walk but not many. And it felt like we were here 120 years ago. Heat rose from the ground and the trees were still dark from the flames.
We walked through the plantation and I stopped when Zayn stopped moving. His eyes were planted on a sight I coudn't see from my angle. He took my arm and pulled me in front of him. His arms wrapped around me and I gasped. Tingles went down my spine when I felt him. Then, I saw it.
A beautiful setting was in front of me. A circle was place in the center of the plantation. Roses and daisies lined the perimeter of it. A small house in the middle of the circle was placed. It was made of wood and painted blue. Almost like the sky, but a little darker. It looked like an ordinary house. On the top, a 'Z' was placed.
"Is this your house?"
"It will be. I'm not going to live here until my birthday."
"When's you birthday?"
"January."
"That's three months away." I said.
"Yeah..." Zayn trailed off. His eyes lowered and his smiled faded into a frown. Something about his birthday didn't suit him and I didn't want to pry right now. I just got him, I don't want to lose him that fast.
Zayn walked me closer to the house and opened the door. He pulled me inside and I gasped again.
"You like?" I slowly nodded. It looked like a regular house. A living room with two couches and a recliner. Some pictures of Zayn and the others hung on the wall. One was of him and Harry. They were both in varsity jackets and black jeans. Harry's jacket had a 'H' and Zayn's had a 'Z'. Zayn had a huge smile on his face. They looked happy. I moved over to another picture and my skin paled. It was of Zayn and Jackson.
"Zayn?"
"Yes, love?" I blushed at him.
"What's Jackson?" I asked. Zayn sighed and took me to the couch. Zayn sat down and put me on his lap.
"Jackson.... he's a Dark Mentalist. The same thing as Josh but Josh is a Light Mentalist."
"What's the difference?"
"While Josh can read minds, Jackson can make you say what's on your mind. Make you say what he wants you to say." Zayn said. My grip tightened at the hem of his shirt. That's why Zayn said all those things. And that's why I blurted all that out to him the other day. I couldn't believe it.
"Wow." Was all I could say. Zayn looked at me and nuzzled his head in my neck. I smiled at the contact and held close to him.
I looked down at my watch and sighed.
"Zaynie, I have to go. Mum is probably worrying."
"Sure, Li." he said. I jumped off his lap and pull him up.
We walked all the way back to the front of Zayn's house, hand in hand. When we got there, he walked me to my car and I stopped him.
"You never showed me your power." I said, smirking.
"That's right." he said. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close. I wrapped my arms around his neck and leaned in. We kissed a slow but escalating kiss and I could feel it. Not only were there sparks, but the surge of energy rushed through my body. As I was against Zayn's body, all I could think about were his rosy red lips.
