Well, I'd bet my hat on it that everyone in the Capitol is watching this stuff. I am really proud about Beetee and all the work he's done, it is really amazing how good the special effects are. While I touch my long grey hair my look is glued on Katniss Everdeen. This little girl, only seventeen years old, thinks she is on top of the world. I need her, now, to be the Mockingjay and lead the revolution. But when I'll be able to do it, I will take something from her. Something that will make her feel such a pain to stop to show off that much. I hate her, from the very beginning. Especially her little sister, Primrose. Such an awful name. My name is a special one, never heard before. Alma, Alma Coin. I know that until my death all districts will have to be united as one, and be able to overcome the power of the Capitol. The Capitol created the Games to show people how cruel a revolution could end for the losers, indeed. But we in Thirteen were tough enough to resist ever danger that came from that place.
I will rescue Peeta Mellark, Johanna Mason and the other tributes, Annie Cresta and Enobaria. I am going to order my unities to save them, I don't care who will be killed or die. It is such a stupid thing to think about that after the rescuing, if the tributes will be saved, they'll think to be safer here that in the Capitol. Here is no place to be. The boy with the bread will be too much changed, he will be changed. Or worse.
I'm on Plutarch's right side, we are standing on the stage of the Capitol manor. Under us, the huge mass of people is looking up to us, to me, to my glorified figure. I am so beautiful today, desirable once again for every man, seductive. A couple of metres on my left there he is, Coriolanus Snow, the terrible president. He is kneeling, laughing a little bit, as if he was happy to die finally. Then I see her, stepping forwards in the mass of people. Katniss Everdeen, shining in her beauty and her costumes. She looks so consumed by the war, but such courageous. That is a thing I don't understand. I killed her sister, and she has the courage once again to stand against me. She isn't doing it directly, though, but she still is a symbol for them. She nocks the arrow in, her beautiful bow is shining in the bright sun. The arrow first points against Snow, the arrowhead coming up. But then, Everdeen trembles, and turns the arrow in my direction. And then she shoots the arrow.
