I slipped behind every tree as I possibly could. I don't know where I am going just that I'm heading away from Jackson.

My soaked clothes covered my scent from Jackson which allowed me an advantage to stay hidden but, it is was just a matter of time before he would catch up to me.

I remember when I was a kid and running through the forest to find him. Hide and go seek was David's favorite game and thanks to him, I'll play some right now.

I came to a halt and looked up to the tree next to me. It swayed in the wind with dead leaves twirling to the ground.

I can't run forever.....

With no other plan, I planted my foot firmly on the first branch which had my nose resting on top of my knee.

Just as I pushed myself up to reach for the second branch a loud snap echoed as I fell backwards onto the forest ground.

"No...." I muttered to myself.

A wolf with chocolate brown fur appeared from the other side of the tree.

I slowly crawled away. Jackson could possibly be this wolf however... He wouldn't turn to find me well... He did that one time.

"Jackson?" I mumbled to the werewolf that took in heavy breaths.

It made a growl and did circling motions around me.

Don't be a rogue. I prayed.

A person slowly walked towards us with a grin. His blond hair hung in his eyes.

"Jackson...." I whispered.

"You've done your job, now scram I need you else where." Jackson spoke to the werewolf that stood strong next to me.

The wolf looked into my eyes with a 'forgive me' expression.

"Who is that?" I asked as the wolf ran away.

"Someone you used to know but, it doesn't matter now." He smiled giving me a hand which I avoided.

"It does matter."

He shrugged and smirked. "Never knew Jameson was that kind of person."

"He's just trying to protect me...."

Why am I backing him up? He gave me up to this devilish man. If Jameson was like any other man he would protect me himself.

"If I was him, I wouldn't let any man even lay eyes on you." He sighed. "But, he chose the pathetic way." He said with some disgust.

Jackson grabbed my forearm and harshly pulled me away from the tree I attempted to climb.

"Well thanks to him I've got you in my grasp." He smirked. "Without him I wouldn't of been able to find you."

I sighed as I followed Jackson's footsteps. By this point I am done fighting Jackson and the war that has spread across my pack.

"Jackson... Once you get this pack. What are you going to do?" I wondered. "You'll have everything you ever wanted."

He looked back at me and smiled. "Well that's simple of course."

I rolled my eyes. "You already planned what you'll do next?"

"Yes, is it that hard to believe that I've planned ahead?" He chuckled.

I huffed. "What is your plan?"

He shrugged. "I wouldn't worry about it."

Ok....

The pack appeared in the distance. Flames started to eat away at houses and buildings.
