I stumbled up the stairs as I heard my brother bust out in tears. It was painful to hear him in agony because I'm leaving.

I don't want to leave you, I don't have a choice.

I grabbed around in my closet trying to find my bag.

Come on, where are you.

The boom of footsteps on the stairs echoed off the walls making fear stir around in my belly.

"Are you done?" A deep voice groaned.

I caught the handle of my bag and jerked it out.

"Almost." I sighed.

"No your not." Xidan said with an edge.

I froze and turned my head, Xidan was standing at my doorway with a hard look.

"Leave me alone." I groaned.

"Just hurry and pack." he grumbled, walking off.

I sighed and packed the essentials, shirts, pants, bra, underwear, hair brush and tooth brush. Well plus City Of Bones, I couldn't just leave an unfinished book here.

"Hurry up!" Xidan yelled up the stairs.

"Leave her alone to pack." I heard Ben sigh.

"She's mine, I will yell at her if I need to." He seethed.

I slowly made my way down the stairs sulking in my house that I had grown up in, even if it was a heap of junk.

"I'm right here." I mumbled when I hit the bottom.

David looked at me with dreary eyes making my heart break.

Xidan reached for my arm but, I jerked away.

"Don't touch me."

Xidan rolled his eyes and grabbed my forearm anyways.

"Your money will be here tomorrow as promised, Miss. Willings." He said to my mother ripping me through the front door.

"Bye David, I love....." Xidan pulled me out the door and Ben closed it behind him making me unable to say goodbye.

"You will only love me." he grumbled.

"You can't control me, especially who I care about." I spat jerking my arm away from his grasp.

He reached out for my arm but, I backed away.

"This deal was for my brother and nobudy can tell me I can't love him!" I yelled.

Ben grabbed me from behind and pushed me towards a Chevy truck.

"Let me take her, ok."

Xidan scuffed but, okayed it.

As I hopped into the big Chevy, Xidan ducked down into his Mercedes.

I watched him pull out and speed down the road.

"You really shouldn't fight with him." Ben suggested.

I sighed, "I can't help it, I'm protective over my family. My brother means more to me than anything."

Ben looked at me with a soft face almost tearing up.

I scrunched up my eyebrows in confusion but, shook it off.

The rest of the drive was silence as I thought about why Xidan was so into making this deal. Honestly I'm just a normal girl, nothing is special about my looks.

Ben took a left on to a bumpy trail which looked like it just lead into the endless woods. I was smacked out of my daze because of the bumps on the dirt trail.

"Ben, I think you took a wrong turn."

A smile was creeping across his face which had me almost laughing.

"Your not from the bank are you?"

"Nope, don't know a damn thing about working at a bank."

A laugh busted out of me making him chuckled too.

Log houses appeared in the distance, like more then one and they were triple my house's size.

"What the...." I gasped.

He parked his truck at the biggest house in the bunch.

If only my mother saw where I would be staying now.

Ben jumped out of the truck and I followed him, Xidan's Mercedes was parked right next to us too.

"This is where you will be staying." Ben told me.

"It's....huge." I said astonished.

Ben pulled me towards the huge log house as I took it all in.

When we entered Xidan was standing at the door and he took me into his arms once he saw me.

Other voices sounded from the kitchen, making me question why so many people were living together.

"Welcome home." he muttered into my hair.

I pulled away and the other people from the kitchen inched into the living room, they're faces looked astonished.

A female spoke up, "she's here, forever has he been looking for you, Luna."

I started to back away shaking my head rapidly.

These people are crazy, I'm not a Luna plus I don't even know what that means. Maybe she's the crazy one here.

What are they talking about?

Everyone face had saddened as I reached for the door handle.

Xidan reached for me and pulled me away from the front door.

"Everyone please excuse us." He ordered.

They all left including Ben who also had a glum face also.

"Don't reject these people and me." he huffed.

I sighed.

"I don't even know what a Luna is or why I'm being called it, maybe she is just slurring a word?" I asked.

He paced in front of me sighing too.

"Look I can't tell you why they are calling you Luna..."

"Why not?!" I interrupted him. "It's not even something that important!"

"Because I don't want you to know about it yet, they won't utter another word about it, ok."

I shook my head.

"Why me, why am I the one standing in this huge house and not in my run down one or why am I being called Luna by some crazy person. It's just too much to take it in."

His anger subsided and was replaced with a glum face.

"You can be happy here. I will give you time to let you take it all in but, please don't go anywhere or your money to your family is gone."

I simply nodded and he left the room, heading upstairs.

I took a seat on their couch which felt like a bed it was so soft well, compared to my couch.

Who does he think he is, threatening my family's money! My problems have doubled, I have people calling me Luna and I was strictly ordered to not reject but, reject what, him?

I huffed. Welcome home, Phoenix.
