Craig's/Mini's POV

I was waken up by the bright light of the sun shinning through the window next to our bed. I smiled and looked to my right. Where's Tyler? "Help! He's gonna kill me!" Evan screamed. Oooohhhh. That answers my questioned. I quickly grabbed my close from the floor and slipped them on. I ran downstairs to see Tyler chasing Evan around the living room. What happened this time. "I swear if you tell anyone I'll kill you!" Tyler shouted playfully. "Okay! I won't say anything! I probably won't need to judging the amount of noise you two made last night!" Evan yelled back. My face grew hot. He heard us? Shit. "U-Um... What happened this time?" I asked, trying to sound oblivious to the situation. Tyler stopped chasing Evan and looked at me. He smiled. "Morning sleeping beauty! Or should I say afternoon." Tyler stated. "What time is it?!" I questioned. "Eh, around one." Tyler replied. "Oh... Oops." I said as I sat down on the couch. Tyler sat next to me. I stuck my hands in my pockets and felt something cold. Cheyenne! "Dammit! I'll be right back guys! I gotta take care of something real quick. I'll be back before nightfall!" I said as I ran to the door. "Nightfall?!" Tyler and Evan yelled in shock. "No time to explain! I gotta go!" I yelled back as I bolted up the stairs to grab a gun. "Lui! Can I borrow the M16A3?!" I shouted. "Yeah, just don't hurt yourself with it!" He shouted back. "Thanks!" I screamed as I grabbed the gun, ran downstairs, and bolted out the door.I ran down the street, hoping to find a sign telling me which street I'm on so I can get to the subway. After running for who knows how long I found a sign. I'm here! I looked around and saw the entrance. Maybe bursting through the front door isn't the best idea... The vent! I ran in the direction of the vent. I grabbed Lui's gun and cocked it. You can never be too careful in situations like this. I crawled through the vent systems until I made my way to the opening in the ceiling from where I made my escape. I could hear the guards chatting about useless shit. I could also hear a symphony of sobs. One of them sounds familiar... Cheyennes mom... No... Maybe she's crying over her husband! That has to be it! They wouldn't kill a little girl would they?! There's only one way to find out... It's all or nothing! I jumped down and started shooting in the general area where I heard the guards talking. It's a gamble, but it's worth a shot. I looked and noticed I had killed the two security guards... I just shot two people... My whole body began to shake. I turned to see all of the people cheering. Why are they cheering?! I just murdered two people!i looked around to see Cheyennes mom hovering over something. A body. A small, young, innocent body. Cheyenne. "Cheyenne!" I screeched as I ran over to them. I looked down at her cold, lifeless eyes. I began to cry. In almost a flash my sadness turned to anger. Dammit! Why didn't I come sooner?! I looked over at Cheyenne's mom. "Here..." I said as I took the necklace from my pocket and handed it to her. I hang my head and stood up. I looked around at the hopeful crowd of civilians. "Okay! Everyone needs to get out of here as soon as possible! There is no time to grab supplies so just run! Make sure not to hurt anyone or shove them out if the way in the process!" I yelled as I ushered them up the stairs to the exit. Once everyone was out I turned to follow them until I heard a noise. "Freeze! Put your hands in the air!" A man with an extremely monotone voice ordered. I there my hands in the air and slowly turned around to face them. I recognized three of the man but I was uncertain about the other two. "Hey! You're that guy that managed to escape!" One of the guards stated. I gave a wicked smirk. "Did ya miss me?" I asked cockily as I began shooting at the guards. The fell to the ground one by one. I was about to shoot the last one when I heard a bang. I looked down at myself. He missed? I looked up and screamed in horror at what I saw. Tyler... He began to fall backwards "Tyler!!!!" I shrieked as I caught him in my arms. "Bastard!" I screamed as I shot the last man in the head. His blood splattered on my face. I looked back down at Tyler and carefully sat on the ground with him on my lap. I looked to see where the man shot him and threw up in my mouth when I did. He shot him right in the chest... "T-Tyler..." I whispered, hoping for a response. Nothing. He just looked up at me. "Please no... Please don't Tyler!" I mumbled. I quickly but cautiously took my hoodie off and wrapped it around his wound. I tied the sleeves in a tight knot to hopefully slow down the bleeding. "Why did you come?! How did you find me?" I asked. "I followed you... You didn't think you were gonna go on a rescue mission without me did ya?" Tyler replied weakly. He began to close his eyes. "T-Tyler! Tyler! No! Don't fall asleep! Please don't! I need you Tyler!" I begged. He smiled and drifted asleep. "Tyler?!" I screamed. I brought him closer to me and laid my forehead on his. "Tyler..." I whimpered. I clenched my eyes shut and rocked back and fourth, keeping him close to me. Me heart began to ache. Tears began streaming down my face. "What would happen... If the bombs didn't go off?" I asked him although I knew I wasn't going to receive and answer. "We would have never met. Hehe. We would still be living our everyday lives. We'd be oblivious to each other's existence. I would be jobless and unknown... Hell, I might have been homeless too. You would be recording funny videos for people world wide... One of the most famous people in the world. You'd be safe. We'd both be. I knowing you. You'd kick the burglars ass." I said shakily with a fake laugh. I was about to say something else until I heard the sound of something dropping on the floor followed by a gasp. I turned and saw a man around my age staring at us. "What?" I asked with a sniff. "Thank you for saving us. What's your name?" The man asked. "C-Craig..." I answered. "And I'm guessing that's Tyler..." He stated. I just nodded. "I'm Marcel." He said. "You want me to help you carry him?" Marcel questioned. "Sure... Thank you." I responded. Damn... All of this is happening so quickly that I can't catch up... First Cheyenne's dad, then Cheyenne, and now Tyler. I don't know how much more I can take of this! I sighed as me and Marcel lifted Tyler up and carried him back to the house. I'm gonna have a lot of shit to explain when I get back...
