It was a love triangle. Ryan broke up with Bolt and went into depression. Minty and Zach broke up as well. Rachel was just a small, single scrub. They were bound to get together. At first it was just Minty and Rachel, as lesbians are cool. But Ryan wanted in on it, because he liked Minty's boobs. Ryan confronted the lesbians about their boobs and Rachel became angry and threw doritos, claiming Minty as her own. Minty, however, was more sympathetic. She accepted Ryan into their lesbian cult relationship to Rachel's dismay. Ryan then got a gender change as part of his initiation. And the three lived together angrily as lesbian scrubs.
