(Eren x Levi Fanfic) Could this be love?

I cant hold back

Eren's POV:

Its PE and I was able to get myself out of doing the afternoon set of workouts our teacher set out, instead I had to run. Running always clears my mind anyway. As my pace gets slower and slower I hear someone call out my name.

"Eren!, Eren!"

I turn to realize its Mr.way my English teacher calling out to me. I slowly approach him as my ribs ache from the beating I took. Of course I don't want teachers founding out about it.

"Were you calling for me Mr.way? Is there something I can help you with?"

"Yes, I've already asked your PE advisor and he said its fine, so if you can please come with me" I follow the man into the building. I'm not really a teachers pet nor do I really try to get to know any on my free time so this was completely new and surprising to me. As we enter his room I see 2 other students scrambling through papers.

"Eren I would like to discuss a recent matter that has been brought to my attention, you see I hear there has been some form of bullying happening to you. Is this true?" I start getting chills down my spine hoping I was here for any other reason then this. I don't want any More trouble

"No sir, of course not. You may know how much of a troublemaker I am so I won't turn down a fight if someone's trying to start one. I'm not weak."

"Right...of course. Now I would like to discuss hanji. She was the best writer I had, her love for research was remarkable and she excelled in both English and science, please what happened to her. I hear about a terrible accident that you and a few others were involved in."

"Its was reckless driving on everyone's part sir." I try holding in any type of emotion while discussing this. "And because of that we lost 2 precious people from our lives"

"I see" says Mr.way "I hope you and the others are doing well"

"Thank you. Now if that's all I'd like to return to class" I can't believe I just said I wanna go back to a place I'm trying to avoid, but honestly I wanna avoid being around Mr.way and this discussion more then PE class.

I make my way to class hoping this day will be over soon.

Levi's POV:

I realized myself wondering what Mr.way wanted with Eren. But after I realized I grew angry with myself. I don't know how I'm going to bring myself to forgive him, its not that I don't want to its just I don't know how. Will he even want to forgive someone like me?

I see him exit out the building , he looks paler then usual. I have to do it now, I need him to forgive me. I excuse myself from the class and ask a random kid from the hallway to "Ask Eren for assistance." Of course Eren being so nice he rejects the offer. Then I told the kid to offer Eren money, that's when Eren finally got up and made his way over here. I tell the kid to get lost. Eren opens up the double doors revealing me, I see his eyes widened and how he ducks his head trying to avoid eye contact. He tries to walk past but I end up getting a hold of him.

"Sorry, I didn't expect to see you here please let me pass" He feels weak.

"Does your body still hurt from that beating you got?" I can feel him tense up

"That doesn't concern you!"

"Eren" I shove him in front of me grabbing a hold of his shoulders having us make eye contact. "I want to seriously talk to you"
