Chapter 3The Heart Broken Caller

Facia is already on her duty in call center another night to be stressed. She always encounter a customer with an attitude, she want to answer back but she can't do that because customer is always right so that she always have an extra patient.

Facia was reviewing the lecture that they had, when she have a call.

"Good Evening, SM Promo and Discount Department Facia Malabanan speaking How may I help you?" Facia's greeting.

"What is your latest promo?" Asked the customer.

"Umff on what specific matter sir?" Facia asked.

"About fixing a broken heart" -- the other line said.

"Sir sorry? About fixing a broken heart, is that?" -- Facia repeat.

"Yes do you have a product and promo on that matter?"—he continue.

"I'm sorry sir but we don't have that"—Facia.

"Oh! I though you can help me" the customer said.

"Oh! if you don't mind it sir what happened? Did you broke with her or is she the one who did?" – Facia asked.

"She broke with me, but I don't know why I'm a good and honest boyfriend but still she broke up with me"—the customer sounds like crying.

Hallah ginawa na akong radio dj at sakin na nagconfess mmfff. Call center po ako hindi po dj. (on her mind)

"That's life sir may be you just met each other but not meant to be, it happened sir in reality." – Facia explained.

"I think so did you experienced this?" the customer asked.

Hallah nakipag chismisan na sya sakin, ako pa tinanong kung may boyfriend na ako how i wish nga na naexperienced ko na to mmmfff. Kung pwede lang putulin na ang line kanina ko pa ginawa.—Facia was irritated.

"Not yet sir." --- Facia answered.

"Oh you don't have boyfriend?—the customer.

Hallah ka!!! Naging imbestigador na sya ngerrr!!!

"Yes sir I'm NBSB and I'm proud of it." --- sinakyan nalang nya ang caller.

"Oh! I see Are you ugly or what?--- tanong nya kay Facia "Oh well never mind by the way how come you know about meant to be if you're NBSB"? the caller.

Paksyet ikaw na nga tong tinutulungan nang iinsulta kapa. Maganda ako sabi ni Mama kaya huwag kang judgemental mmff. Sarap kutusan nito.

"Sir if you're NBSB it doesn't mean you're ugly na kasi now a days girls just save their heart for the right one, hindi porket NBSB po ako i don't know about that kasi kahit na wala kong karelasyon I have my friends and family para mahalin ako. And sir remember this one day you're going to meet someone who makes you feel happy, beautiful, and stands by you even when you feel you're nothing to them, kasi nga po we just met them by the situation not by reason they just a part of our daily experienced." --- Naiiritang sab ni Facial.

Facial decided to hang up the call nicely. She was irritated na kasi napaka walang galang ng caller. She pray na sana di na tumawag ulit yung mokong na iyon, and her prayer was granted.

What a stressed night tsk!!!
