-Ciara's POV-
Right when Ms.Mrtinez left Ben said "Come on Carter." And then Carter came up to me and said "Do you want to play spy?" And then Ben and Aubri said "Yeah! Let's play spy!" Then, I said "OK. Me and Carter on one team and Ben and Aubri on the other." And then Ben and Aubri ran of and then Carter said "Come on this way." I fallowed him into their basement and he showed me a big pile of nerf guns and shields and said "Take some." Then Aubri and Ben came down and started shooting us with foam bullets. Then,Carter ran in front of me and he got hit so he was out. Then, I said "Why did you do that?" And he said 'I had to. I can't let anything happen to you even in a game." Then, Ben shot a hard bullet at a motel pipe and it fell and hit me in the back and I fell but Carter caught me.
-Carter's POV-
When that pipe hit Ciara I ran as fast as I could and caught her. She was bleeding a little bit but I held her hand and put my arm around her and helped her up the stairs. We just lay down on the couch and watched Dancing with the Stars. We were there for about 15 minutes and then Aubri and Ben fell asleep and in about 6 more minutes Ciara was asleep and she had her head on my shoulder.
-Skiped the rest of the night-
At about 6 in the morning a police man knocked on the door and woke everyone up. All of us got up to answer the door then Ciara needed help so I grabbed her hand and put my arm around her. Then, we answered the door and the police officer said "Are you kids Ciara,Carter,Ben,and Aubri?" And we all said at the same time "Yes." And then the police officer said "Follow me please." And led us to his car and opened the back doors and he said "Get in." And I sat by Ciara and Aubri and Ben sat by each other. Then,I said 'Why did we have to go with you?" And the police officer said "Your parents are at the police station they will explain everything to you." And then I looked at Aubri and Ben and they were sleeping and then I looked over at Ciara and she was looking out the window looking kind of upset so I reached over and put my hand on her hand and she looked at me and smiled.
-Skip the rest of the car ride-
-Ciara's POV-
When the police officer woke us up we got out of the car and our parents were inside and Aubri and Ben ran inside with the officer and Carter grabbed my hand and smiled at me and we walked inside. Our parents ran to us and my dad wasn't there.
-Carter's POV-
When I saw that Ciara's dad wasn't there I asked my mom and dad "Where is Ciara's dad?" And they said "We don't know but guess what." Then, I said "What?" They said "Ciara gets to live with us!" And then I said "What?!" Then I went over and tapped Ciara on the back and when she turned around I hugged her tight. And then we had to go home When we got in the car my mom handed me her phone and she said "Look at these houses and tell me if you like any of them because we have to move." Then, Ciara and I looked at this awesome blue house and handed it to my mom. Then,my mom said "Wow!" And handed it to Ciara's mom. Then, Ciara's mom said "OMG! It's my dream house!" And she handed the phone to my dad and he said "Well, looks like we found out new home!"
