Natalie's POV

Skipping to Friday: End of school day,

So i'm guessing that Chresanto was inviting me and Angel to his house, just to hang I guess. But as far as I know, Angel was going to Chres's with Prodigy. She just left not too long ago. I was just chilling in my room until my mom brought Shaylee in the room. She was crying.

"Ma, what's wrong with Shay?" I asked confused. My mom put Shaylee down as she ran to me.

"What's wrong Shay?" I asked putting her on my lap.

"Wh-why are you a-always leaving m-mee?" She said through sniffles.me and my mom chuckled a bit.

"I'm not always leaving you...i've just been really busy lately." I said.

"N-nooo you h-haven't.. You'ce been hanging with Chwes all the time." She continued to cry. I had to think back at that for a moment..I have been hanging around Chres alot lately...ever since Monday.

"I have haven't I?" I asked her.

"Yes...even mommy thinks so." She said wiping her eyes. I looked up at my mom and she nodded her head.

"Well....tell you what. How about tomorrow we hang out. Just me and you. We can do anything you want and it'll be all on me. Deal?" I smiled.

"Deal!" She cheesed. Right then my phone vibrated. I looked at it and it was Chres. He was outside.

"Wanna go say hi to Chres?" I asked. She nodded her head quickly. I picked her up and walked downstairs.

"I don't want you coming home too late, Natalie." My mom said. "12:00 mkay?" She said.

"Okay mama." I said walking out the door with Shaylee. As soon as I stepped out that door with her in my hands Chres rushed out of his car door. He walked towards us.

"Hi, mom!" He said hugging my mom as they both smiled.

"Hi, my other child.." She chuckled, hugging him back.

Then he kneeled down to Shay.

"Hey, munchkin." He said picking her up.

"Hi, Chwess!" She said hugging him.

They had a small talk and he put her down. As we walked towards the car my mom yelled.

"Have her back by 12!!!"

"Don't worry..I will!" He yelled back. We got in his car and pulled off. Minutes later we pulled up in front of his house. He turned the car off and we sat in a bit of silence.

"So what are we?" He asked looking at me.

"Huh? What do you mean?" I asked confused.

"What are we??? As in we've been flirting, kissing, holding hands...." He said continuing to look directly at me.

"I don't know....what do you wanna be?" I asked

"Well....I really do like you, Natalie. Even though we're best friends....I love you anyways no matter what...I just wish that you'd drop Jacob....and be with me. I can treat you so much better...the way a woman SHOULD be treated. And you know it." He said a but lowly.

Did he? Did he just say he wanted me to be his? I stood there by slight shock. I mean it is true....he can treat me better than Jacob... I sighed and smiled. Then I looked at him and pulled his face towards mines and put my lips against his. We made out for a few minutes and we pulled away. We looked in eachothers eyes.

"How about...secret lovers?" I suggested.

"I like that...so no school buiseness?" He asked

"Gotta try not to get caught at least.." I said.
