Nevaeh's pov*
I recently moved into Jared's house and into his room. I am now six months along and our babies nursery is almost completely done. School is getting difficult because of all of the walking I've been doing.
I just got home from school and I lied down in bed. I heard a knock on the door downstairs and I was the only one home. I opened the door, and it was just Cameron. "Has Taylor texted you?" He asked as he put my younger siblings down.
"No,why?" I asked.
"Because, he texted your mom and said that he was coming for us." My eyes widened and I started freaking out. Once everyone else got home we gathered in the basement. I kept texting mom but she wouldn't pick up. I got a call from her and picked up right away.
"Where are-"
"I love you. Please record everything you are about to hear. If I don't make it know that I love you with everything I have. Tell your dad and siblings that too. And tell my little grandson on the way." Mom said.
"Mom, no. What are you doing?" I asked. "Taylor! She is long gone, you'll never get to her." Mom said.
"Yeah, let's see about that when your life is in danger." Taylor said before I heard a click. "Tell me." Taylor threatened.
"No." Mom said. A gun went off and mom screamed in pain.
"Next time, it won't be your leg." Taylor said.
After like 10 more minutes Taylor got mad and I heard another gunshot. Taylor sighed. He smashed something and Cameron ran out of the house. He ran in our house and I heard gunshots. Cameron walked out without a scratch.
The police arrived when he walked out with mom in his arms. The ems took her and said that she would be fine but she took a pretty bad blow to the shoulder.Taylor was arrested for attempted murder and assault. So he'll be in jail for a long time.
