I hate it when people say that they can speak Spanish, but they really can't...

This is awfully random, but I'm no Mexican or Spaniard. However, I've had nine years of teachings and is currently in Spanish Honors in high school.

(For those of you who don't know what that is, Spanish Honors is advanced Spanish class for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. I'm a freshmen, which mean I'm in Spanish 2 Honors.)

So, I've had some experience, but if you just went up to a person that is ACTUALLY Mexican or Spanish, don't just spit out nonsense trying to speak the language.

One of them may slap you in the face and curse you out in Mexican/Spanish, who knows? Then, you'll be known as, "that asshole who mocked a Spanish/Mexican kid."

It's offensive, guys. Just don't do it. If you know what you're saying, fantastic~!

If not, keep your mouth shut and move on.

Is that not hard~?
