"ZAMMM!!" Another massive lightning bolt blasted from Railgun's bangs, however a boy in red and yellow with glowing red eyes dodged around the bolts and punched Railgun in the jaw.
"How are you doing that!?" Railgun yelled, dodging a kick from the speedster Kid Flash and aiming another blast of electricity. However, just like before, Kid Flash dodged around the bolts.
This shouldn't even be possible!! Railgun thought as she gritted her teeth, ducking to avoid another punch. The electricity should be impossible to dodge! Just how fast is this kid!?
Meanwhile, about twenty feet away, Red Hood was having some troubles of his own. He was fighting the blonde archer Green Arrow.... and he was losing.
Green Arrow's bow was virtually indestructible, so as he blocked the bullets, they bounced back towards Red Hood.
"God damn it!" He cursed, doing a front flip to avoid one of the bullets.
An Hour Earlier...
"Titan and Raven," began Nightwing. "You two go to San Francisco, I just got reports of an attack from Wondergirl and Rocket... It destroyed a lot of stuff. You guys fight them off and save as many people as possible."
The two nodded, walking to the zeta tube.
An alarm went off.
Nightwing walked over to the Batcomputer and typed something in. His eyes widened.
"Red Hood and Railgun, you two need to get to DC now.... Green Arrow and Kid Flash just showed up! Now!"
Railgun and Red Hood wasted no time sprinting to the zeta tube, and in a flash of blue light, they were in Washington DC... surrounded by screaming people and dead bodies.
"What kind of her-" Railgun was cut off as an exploding arrow shot towards her and Red Hood. She immediately fried it in a burst of sparks.
"Green Arrow!" said Red Hood, aiming a Beretta M9 at the archer and firing, however the archer easily did a front flip to avoid the bullets.
"I'll fry him!" Railgun said, and was about to fire off a lightning bolt, whenever she heard a laugh.
"Or you can get moded!"
Railgun's eye widened in surprise as a blue of red and yellow rammed into her and knocked her to the street.
The blur skidded to a halt, and there stood Kid Flash, with his glowing red eyes and malicious smile.
Railgun jumped to her feet. "Moded? What kind of crap is tha-" she was cut off as Kid Flash landed a blurred uppercut, blood squirting out of her nose.
"That's it!" She yelled, and blasted electricity towards the speedster.
However, Kid Flash dodged around the separate bolts.

Red Hood shot another round, before shaking his head at his own stupidity. "It's obvious that this isn't going to work..." He muttered, sidestepping to avoid one of the bullets. "But maybe I can..." He was cut off as Green Arrow shot an exploding arrow towards him.
The blast threw Red Hood back twenty yards, cracking his helmet. "Hey!" He yelled. "I just got this shined!"
Green Arrow grinned evilly. "Well, don't worry, it wasn't looking that good anyway!"
"Well, that was just rude."
Green Arrow narrowed his eyes, and shot another explosive arrow. However, Red Hood shot a bullet at the same time, and the bullet and the arrow collided, causing the arrow to explode mid-air before it hit him.
Railgun gritted her teeth as Kid Flash kicked her in the stomach, knocking her to her knees. She glared at the speedster.
Kid Flash laughed. "Wow, you little bug zapper, what's wrong? Your tummy hurt?"
Railgun didn't reply, she simply grabbed his ankle and sent a blast of electricity through his body.
Kid Flash staggered back, smoking, however his suit had absorbed most of the electricity.
Green Arrow's eyed flicked to the speedster, then back to Red Hood. "We have to go... kill ya later!" He said, shooting a hydro arrow, before grabbing Kid Flash and zeta-ing back to the Watchtower.
Red Hood cursed as they disappeared. He looked at Railgun, and his eyes widened. "Railgun! You okay?"
Railgun grunted as she stood up. "Fine." She said, her voice thickened from a split lip. "Just bruised. I've had worse."
Red Hood nodded. "Okay... if you say so."

Meanwhile, in a Gotham City warehouse, a terrifying clown was sitting in a room.
"Hmm..." Joker said. "So Old Batsy's finally crossed the line." He chuckled. "I'll have to pay a visit to his little bird Nightwing.... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!"
