The smell of good food woke me up and for the first time ever i felt safe but I was surprised because Ray doesn't have a girlfriend or a maid but then again it could be the one night stand saying 'Thank You' even though i didn't hear anyone come in last night but anyway. I went to the bathroom and did my hygiene and got dressed in a long sleeve black top with black sweatpants and i put my hair in a high ponytail. I mean im not going anywhere so why get dolled up for nothing. i made my way downstairs and saw ray working his magic in the kitchen. i saw eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, some gravy and is that fruit salad? Wow is all i could say because i never thought that Ray could do such. Let alone boil water without burning the house down. Ray looked up and smiled as i walked towards him.
Ray: Good morning to you too.( he chuckled)
Me: oh sorry (still in shock)....good morning. Did you do all of this?
Ray: well there's only two people in this house so i'm guessing... yes
Me: Wow you really are a man with hidden talents...thank you
Ray: That i am and your welcome. Here( he handed me the place mats) help me set the table..i have no idea what i should put first so we will set it according to how you would like it
Me: No problem besides you know that just want my help because you have no idea what to do(giggles)
Ray: Thats not true i know how to set the table
Me: yea Ray...i believe you( heads towards the table laughing)
Ray: i see you got jokes...well whatever my mama raised me right
We ate breakfast and talked and laughed at old times. It was nice talking to Ray. He made me feel more safe than ever. I felt like i was talking to a best friend or family member. He made me feel as if i was finally at a place i can called Home.After breakfast he took me to the hospital to get a check up for my bruises and he insisted that i get an STD and HIV test just to make sure that i was still pure because Diggy did like sleeping around with strippers and all. After that he asked if i needed or wanted anything and i shook my head to say no and we went back home. The whole time i felt tired so laid in bed to rest but i still had a feeling that Ray wanted to say something to me but just decided to hold back.
