What hides in the dark

Chapter 10

It's about 1am now and I can't sleep. it's been like this for a couple days now.

Gerard put a blow up bed in his room so that I wouldn't have to sleep with him but it just uncomfortable.

And with everything that's been going on my mind is just to wounded up.

I'm not aloud at school because of what the others may think and it's to dangerous for me.

I can only text ray and my dad but mostly ray. But he barely talks to me do to school and that he can actually sleep at night.

Everyone that's in this house besides Gerard still act weird around me, and about three time so far someone has tried to kill me. But Gerard always got there in time to stop them.

And thing with me and Gerard are kinda confusing, I mean scenes that hole kiss thing.

I don't know anymore everything confuses me now, I just want to sleep!

"Alex go to bed" Gerard mumbles

"Don't you think I would if I could" I say sitting up and so does Gerard

"Come here" he says motioning for me to come over to him

I get up and he moves over so that I can sit by him.

"What's up" he asks

"I'm confused, with basically everything" I say "I mean if I was half vampire wouldn't I feel like I was?" I ask

"I really don't know" he says "I've never met one before" I punch his arm and we laugh

"Your such a great help" I say sarcastically

"Your welcome" he says

"Whatever" I look down at my hands in my lap and start to think

"What are you think?" he asks

"Stuff" I say

"I know that" he says getting closer " what kind of stuff though?" he asks

"Why'd you kiss me... again, I mean I thought you didn't have emotions" I says and he sighs lean back against his wall the bed Is up against

"I really don't know Alex, I'm confused, something about you makes me different and I don't know if I like that feeling or not" he says truthfully

"Oh.." is all I can say

I yawn covering my mouth. I feel arms wrap around my waist and pull me down.

Gerard laid my head down onto his chest and covers us up.

I feel my eyes get heavy as I listen to his gentle breathing feeling his chest move up and down.

I soon fall asleep in Gerard arms and I have to say that was the best sleep I've had in a a long time.
