|Chapter 1- New look, New me, New date, Who's he?|
After getting back from L.A..I, Briana Cooper, am now re-attending Northwest high.
A month ago I was the average nerd and maybe even the least popular girl in school. But after dying my hair dirty blonde, getting blue contacts, and changing my clothing style, I have finally reached popularity.
All the guys want me and all the girls envy me. They will act fake just to hang around, but I am quick to brush them to the side. When I came back I've been missing my old best friend Brett Anthony even more then I had when I was away.
Everyday I see him getting pushed around in the hallways and I just wish I could be with him but I want to protect me and him from all the humiliation that could happen. It's high school, what can you expect.
I'll be fine without him. Besides I still have my two trustworthy friends Eva and London, speaking of-
"BRIANA!" London exclaimed, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Hm, yes?" I questioned.
"I was asking where you think my party should take place, should it be at the country club or my house? Or maybe..."
London was a very bubbly girl. Her family was loaded with money and she was always so pretty. She was a brunette with green eyes with the height of probably 5" 2'.
"Your house sounds good." Eva piped in.
"Yeah!" I said, cheering fake-ly .
"Then it's settled." London said, closing her planning book.
"It's settled." I mumbled.
I never really liked birthday parties. They were never my 'thing', even if there was alcohol and grinding involved. There was no point but to converse about nothing but gossip and get laid. But as a 'popular' I had to blend in.

"Today class, we will be doing an 'Atomic Theory' hand out." Mrs. Fryer said as the class groaned. "Hold your excitement." She said .
"This blows." My not-so-close friend, Chloe, complained.
"Tell me about it." I agreed. I lied about it though. This work was easy, I couldn't let anyone know I was a nerd!
"You guys are very much aloud to choose your own partners if you need help." The teacher finished. She sat back down at her desk while mumbling 'get started'.
Soon Chloe was going to ask me a question but someone had taped on her shoulder. Me and her both turned around to see one of the football players, Tyson Miller.
"May I help you." Chloe growled, she was always a feisty one.
"Yes you can." Tyson smiled. "Move." He said, his face returning to normal.
"And why should I?" Chloe asked innocently.
"Cause I told you too, besides, I want to work with Briana. Now move." Tyson demanded.
"Fine." She huffed, as she got up and left.
"So, got any answers yet?" He asked casually. He tried to look at my paper but I pulled it away.
"Is there a logical reason you came over here?" I asked, cocking an eyebrow.
"Stop using big words." He said flatly.
"I'm not- why are you here?" I asked.
"I, wanted to invite you on a date. Right after Friday nights game." Tyson said, proudly.
