|Chapter 5- Finale|
"Briana? Do you know who this is? They're looking for you." Tyson said, shooting me a suspicious look.
"Uh, yeah I know him. You don't mind if I talk to him outside do you." I said, smiling though I showed gritted teeth.
"Sure.." Tyson said he opened the door so I could get out then softly closed it after me.
"Why are you here." I whisper yelled.
"I needed to give you something you left over last night, and since you weren't home I asked where you were." Brett said casually, as I showing up at Tyson's doorstep was perfectly normal.
"Well..you couldn't just give it to me at school?!" I exclaimed, keeping my voice quiet.
"Don't you think they'll find that suspicious?"
"Don't you think they'll find this suspicious?!"
"Who is the 'they' in this situation." Brett asked, smartass.
"Me." A new voice says, Tyson was back outside. "What's going on out here?"
"I was returning Briana's stuff she left it at my house last night." Brett said bluntly.
"You were at his house last night?" Tyson asked.
"Yeah, we had studying to accomplish, for our project." I lied.
"Yeah...studying." Brett brushed off.
"Brett I think you should go." I said softly.
"Awe, it was just getting interesting." Brett smiled.
"Now I remember you! You're the one that was kissing my girlfriend." Said Tyson.
"Girlfriend?" Me and Brett questioned at the same time.
"Yeah, uh..I was kind of planning on asking you out. On a date.." Tyson said, awkwardly.
"If you two need some privacy, I can bless you with it." Brett smiled, though his jaw was hardening.
"No don't go."
"Yes please leave."
Me and Tyson said together. He apparently just didn't want Brett here, Brett would totally kill me if I went on a date with Tyson. But then again...me and Brett weren't exactly a thing. God, why are boys so complicated?!
"Look, Tyson give me two minutes to talk to Brett and I'll be back inside." I pleaded.
"Okay..but two minutes." He insisted, as he walked back into the house. Finally.
"Brett, I love you, so much, but you need to let me live my life. Let me figure out which one of you guys I want to be with. I said, eyes softening.
"You know I love you right? And will always be here you."
"Of course I know." I cooed, wrapping my arms around him.
"Goodbye Briana." Brett said, releasing myself from him. He went back to his car and drove off. I walked back inside and Tyson was right there at the door, waiting.
