"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to this very intense Agni Kai!
Today we have Y/N against Ozai!" The announcer yells.
You sigh and grip your sword, walking onto the big stage.
Across from you stands Ozai, proudly smirking.
"The battle starts.. NOWW"
The lights dim as the audience cheers.
You spot Zuko in the audience he frowns, Azola Grins beside him.
Ozai shoots a ball of fire while your distracted, it hits your shoulder, causing you to drop your shield.
You scream and hold back tears.
"Never look away from the enemy, dear" Ozai chuckles as the crowed cheers.
You glare and sprint to him quickly slicing his shoulder, he dodges, only getting a little cut.
A few people gasp.
Ozai growls and aims both of his hands at me "Fire.. Storm!" A huge flame that takes up the whole stage charges towards you.
Your eyes widen, ducking down, hiding behind your shield.
It only gets burned a bit, luckily.
When you stand back up he shoots fire balls so fast you don't have time to move.
"Y/N" You hear Zuko yell, while the fire burns your legs.
You loudly gasp in pain, falling to the floor, hitting your head.
"BASTARD" Zuko yells as you hear fire getting shot back and forth.
Zuko groans and falls beside you.
Ozai grips your hair and pulls you up, Laughing, a flame in his other hand.
Just before he can shoot you, Zuko pushes you, taking your place.
You watch as Zukos eye gets burnt from his own father.
"Zuko.." You slam to the ground and black out.

TIME SKIPP
You wake up to Zuko looking down at you, a bandage wrapped around his eye.
"Why.." You mumble and weakly sit up, trying not to move your legs.
"I had to.. That fight was not fair" He sits at the edge of the bed.
You frown, your H/C hair covering your face.
Zuko sighs "So.. We are both to leave this palace with Iroh.. We are supposed to hunt down the Avatar if we refuse we are never to be seen in the fire nation again.."
"What?! The Avatar hasn't been seen for years, how are we supposed to find him?" You look up, your hair moving away from your face.
"There has been sightings of him at the water nation.. We need to look there" Zuko stands up and grabs crutches that were leaning on the wall "Here use these, we leave in 30 minutes"
You grab them and take your blanket off, A cast on one leg and bandages on the less damaged one.
"They were only burned.. They will heal in a month or so" Zuko walks out so you can change.
Something's different about him. He's.. Way less cheerful.. And more serious.
You get up and use your crutches ignoring the pain.
You take your ugly white gown off and put your usual brown outfit on //As seen in the cover and picture above//
Putting your hair in a high ponytail, grabbing your weapons.
The Avatar eh? This should be easy..
