"OK, Wyatt why don't you go sit next to Dominic, Dominic please raise your hand," said Mrs. Rabb. For the first time in history I actually like Mrs. Rabb.

I raise my hand and wyatt starts to walk towards me. Once he is sitting down I hold out my hand and say, " hi, I'm sure you already know my new is Dominic, but please feel free to call me Dom."

Wyatt takes my hand and shakes it saying, " I'm sure you know my name as well, it's nice meeting you. I was actually pretty nervous considering it's the middle of the school year."

I smile as I say, " well, if you ever need help just let me know."

He looks relieved and asks, " actually could you show me where my classes are?"

"Sure, no problem, can I see your timetable?" I reply calmly. He gets a paper from his bag and hands it over, I look over the sheet and say, " your next class is with me for history then you go to science while I go to math then we have lunch together, after that you go to math when I go to science and for last period we have P.E. together."

He smiles, " great, are you sure you don't mind showing me around?"

I give him a smirk and say, "no, actually I was wondering if I could show you around town and take out to eat?"

He blushes brightly and stutters out, " l-like a d-d-date?"

My smirk grows at his reaction and I calmly and deliberately say, " exactly like a date," right next to his ear.

Wyatt then turns his head away slightly and bites his lip before whispering, " ok," just loud enough where I could hear.

I smile as the bell rings and get up gesturing for Wyatt to follow so I can take him to the next class. As we walk through the hall I say, "well why don't you give me your number and we can finish talking about our date later."

A light blush dusts his face as he pulls out a peice of scrap paper and pen writing down his number before handing it to me.

The rest of the day goes by pretty fast and I learned a few simple things about Wyatt, like his favorite color, food, and other small things of that nature.
