A Cinderella Story (Lucaya)

Prolouge/Introduction

A/N: Hi everyone! I'm going to start writing a Lucaya story. For those that are reading my Joshaya stories I'm really sorry for not updating them. I decided to go on hiatus break with the both of them.

This story will be a little similar to the movie, but I want to make it different, and I'm trying not to steal anybody's ideas if I did I apologize.

Anyways here's what you will be seeing in the story:

1. Maya's parents are going to be alive, but they will be divorced and remarried. Maya will be living with Katy and Shawn.

2. Missy Bradford will have a twin sister name Melissa.

3. Missy and Melissa will be Maya's mean step sisters.

4. Maya will have a maternal half-brother name Shawn Jr. and a paternal half-sister name June.

5. They will be junior in high school.

6. Maya met Shawn when she was ten years old. Shawn and Katy got married when she was twelve while her father got married when she was six years old.

Maya

Hello, my name is Maya Penelope Hart, I'm a 16 year old girl that is broken rebel girl. You want to know why I'm broken rebel girl?

It started when I was five years old my parents were married until my father left my mother and I to be with another woman. I always thought my mother drove him away, but instead my father just abandoned us to be with another woman.

When I was ten years old I met a man name Shawn Hunter, which he was a nice guy. Shawn and I had a lot in common with our situations, but he was the perfect dad for me.

At the age of twelve Shawn and my mother both got married. They were talking about having a child together which it would be really great for me to have a little sibling around the house.

A week after my mother and Shawn got married well my actually father came to my life. My father wanted to me to meet my half-sister, my two step sisters, and my step mother. I decided to stay a few hours I love my half-sister a lot she was sweet, and as for the rest let's just say I don't like them at all considering the fact that Missy and I are enemies.

I told my father that I'm not coming back to stay with them at all, but I will be visiting my little half-sister since she's the only one that was actually nice to me.

A year later when I was turning thirteen my mother is going to have a baby boy name Shawn Jr. I was actually excited about having a little half-brother, and both of my friends were helping out with the baby showers around the house.

When my mother had my baby brother Shawn passed out in the hospital my friends and I got to hold my baby brother Shawn Jr. I ended up giving Shawn Jr. to Shawn and my mother.

Three years into high school I consider myself a broken rebel girl, because I didn't have very much friends the only two people I have as my friends are Riley Matthews and Farkle Minkus. I know Riley and Farkle both have a crush on each other, but they won't say anything about it.

I love going online especially talking to people, but the one person got me interested was boy from Austin, Texas. I love calling him cowboy, huckleberry, Ranger Rick, and Bucky McBoing Boing. He and I have a lot in common even though we haven't met in person, but it feels like he's my soulmate.

Lucas

Hi, my name is Lucas Friar, I'm from Austin, Texas. When I was a little kid I have a secret that nobody knows except for Zay, who's my best friend. When I was five years old I fell off of Judy the sheep.

After the incident when I was five years old I decided to get into the rodeo more, which my family were really proud. As I was growing up I started getting into fights for defending my best friend Zay.

My family were disappointed that I was getting into fights in schools, but I would do anything to protect my friends.

My parents were both fighting at home, but I always walk to my Pappy Joe to escape reality at home, and my Pappy Joe understood how I felt. One day both of my parents found out where I was running away, and they told me that they were getting divorced when I was thirteen my mother decided to move to New York, my father encourage me to move with mother.

I told my best friend Zay the news, and Zay wanted to come with me. We both tried to convince our parents to let Zay live with my mother and I.

When our parents finally decided to let Zay stay with us we were both really happy that my best friend is going to be living with us.

Zay, my mother, and I flew out to New York. Zay and I are going to start John Quincy Adams Middle School in 7th grade.

Zay and I decided to play sports which we both became very popular in school even though some popular crowd weren't very nice to the people that weren't popular, but Zay and I were the only two that are very nice to the non popular people.

Five years in the school year I really like New York even though I miss Texas, and I still want to be a rodeo star after I get out of high school instead of playing football and basketball.

I really like talking to people, but this one girl really caught my interest, and she was from around here. I really like those nicknames she calls me they make my day. Even though I have a girlfriend, but I really want this girl online to be my actual girlfriend I call her my beauty princess.
