Chapter 3

A/N: I am so sorry for not updating my story, because I got sick a week before Thanksgiving, and it took me forever to get over my cold plus I've been working on my side project that I'm writing another fanfiction from a different tv show called Degrassi which it's also going to be written from another movie. 

Though I doubt I won't post my Degrassi fanfiction on here I'll probably just write it for myself anyways I am so sorry for not updating, and I might try to make this long, but I haven't written it in so long lol I'll probably skip the weekend in this chapter.

Maya 

Today was Friday meaning the last day of school for the weekend which also means that Maya has to babysit both her half-siblings even though she doesn't want to see Karen and her two stupid daughters that Maya would love to call her step-sisters that. Maya went to her locker until she heard her phone vibrating as she noticed her step-mother was calling, and Maya rolled her eyes at her phone when she answered.

"Hello?" She answered with an annoying voice.

"Maya, I brought June with me, and would you mind if she stays at your house for a while?" Her step mother asked.

"Why?" She asked.

"Because your father and I are going to Vegas for a whole month." Her step mother said.

"Oh, so you and my father are going to get wasted in Vegas. Why can't Missy and Melissa watch June?" She asked.

"Missy and Melissa are going to stay with friends." Her step mother said.

"You know what? You both can just waste your life for all I care, and I'll take my half-sister in custody so you both won't win her back. I hate you both!" She shouted. 

Maya shoved her phone in her pocket when she heard her phone vibrate as she grabbed her phone back out to see it was her mysterious guy messaged her, and she got a little smile when she opened her phone then she replied back to him.

Rodeoboy17: Hey, how was your day?

Brokenrebelgirl16: My day was horrible.

Rodeoboy17: What's wrong?

Brokenrebelgirl16: My real father and his stupid wife decided to take a month vacation to Vegas while leaving my half-sister with me for a while.

Rodeoboy17: Wow! That sucks! 

Brokenrebelgirl16: Yeah tell me about it.

Rodeoboy17: So, about that dance? Do you still want to meet me at the dance?

Brokenrebelgirl16: Well I can ask my parents, but hopefully I can go.

Rodeoboy17: I really do want you to come. If you do come to the dance meet me in the dance floor.

Maya smiled when she put her phone back in the pocket as she grabbed her stuff, and she walked outside to see her step mother was waiting in the parking lot with her little sister June, and Mays walked over towards them as she noticed her step mother looked really impatient as well as mad at her for calling her and her father a waste of time.
