Tough Love [COMPLETE]

For the first time

Jessie's POV*

Danny's body jerked and the room filled with the noise 'beep beep beep" getting faster every three beeps. The nurses came running in, panic on their faces as they pushed us out the room.

"DANNY"

Ben put his arm around my shoulders in an attempt to comfort me.

"I NEED TO SEE HIM!'

"He'll be okay jess I promise" -R-

Tears were running down my face.

I watched the nurses through the window. One was holding an oxygen mask another was putting a drip on him and the third was doing CPR.....wait CPR!!!! Does that mean he's dead?!

The nurses came out one of them was out of breath

(N = nurses)

"Umm witch ones the girl friend?" -N-

"I am...is he okay?!"

"Y..you need to come with us" -N-

Panic struck me as I got up and followed them into Danny's room.

"Mr O'Donoghue has gone into a coma miss Cornish." -N-

The word "coma" rung in my ears.

"H..how long?"

*Marks POV*

The nurses to jess away and spoke to her. through the window I could see my best mates still body hooked up to all these crazy machines. My eyes switched to Jessie when she suddenly started crying. The nurse hugged her then left Jessie alone with dan.

*Dannys POV* (A/N I know he's in a coma but if your in a coma you can still hear others around you if they are close enough so I'm just gonna say what Danny's thinking)

I heard footsteps...high heeled ones JESSIE!

"Hey dan" I felt her take my hand.

"You probably can't hear me but I'm not gonna move from your bedside until the day you wake up. If anyone wants to see me they are gonna have to come here to see me" she whispered rubbing the back of my hand.

I just want to hug her and never let go...and as if she can read my mind she leans over and hugs me.

I feel her wet cheeks brush past mine...Don't cry! I'm going to be okay.

~two months later~

Jessie's POV*

Dans been in a coma for two months they said there's another one month before he'll wake up..I haven't stopped crying since I was told. Mark and Glen went home at about 7 tonight and it's now 9. My phone buzzes and I take it out my pocket then walk out side to get signal.

"Jess We were wondering if your okay down there alone? Just let us know if you need someone. :)"

I replied "Im alright thanks Ben just talking to Danny :)"

Ben was now like a third brother to me.

I need to call someone...I scroll through my contact list and stop at the one name that means the most "Danny ❤" I press "call' it rings for about four minutes then goes to his voicemail

"Heyyyyy Can't take your call right now I'm too busy being in looovvveee with my amazing girl. J-J-J Jessieeeee!'

I missed his voice soo much! I walk to the canteen to get me coffee and dan water...it's like I'm expecting him to wake up but I do this every night. As I'm standing in the line the song changes "For the first time by the script"

I pay and start to walk back up to Danny's room.

~half an hour later~

I hear a moan coming from the bed beside me I look at Danny and wipe away the tears

"Dan!?!" I say hopeful and take his hand.

Another moan.

"Shh"

"J...J" he breathes out

"Shh rest Danny" I start rubbing his hair.

"Je..."

He moans again before going silent.
