"Nathhhhh" I whine as he hums.

"We really need to go and get a Christmas tree or it'll be too late to put one up" I tell him since he was too comfortable cuddling me on the sofa to get up and come out with me.

"But I don't want to get up" He mocks my tone, tightening his arms around my waist.

"We've got all day to cuddle, but we need a tree first. It's Melly's first christmas, remember? I want things to be perfect" I pout.

"And it will be," He turns me around in his arms to face him. "Okay we will go and get a tree."

I grin triumphantly making him tickle my sides and I laugh to the point I roll off the sofa and onto the floor. My eyes are damp with tears and I wipe under them as Nathan glances down at me.

"You alright down there?" He teases.

"Shut it you" I point my finger at him before standing up and he does the same.

I get Melly ready and the three of us head out to a place I remember seeing that sells Christmas trees.

"Which one do you like?" Nathan asks whilst holding Melly on his hip.

"Hm," I hum scanning my eyes over all the trees, devouring the sweet pine smell they are giving off.

"This one is nice," I point one out. "What do you think, babe?"

"If you like it, I like it" I feel his arm snake around my waist.

"Will you be having this one?" One of the men who works here asks us. I nod with a grin and we watch the man pack up the tree for us. It turns out we don't have room in our car, so the man kindly offered to drive it down to our house in his van so that's what we end up doing.

We pay the man and once he leaves, I'm rooting out the Christmas decorations excitedly.

"Hey baby, need some help with those boxes?" Nathan asks walking over to me in the garage.

"Yes please" I smile brightly and we both carry all of the boxes containing xmas decorations into the living room.

"Where's Melly?" I question.

"Taking a nap" Nathan smiles and starts helping me hang up all the baubles and lights on the tree. Lastly I take the star and I try to reach up to pop it on the top, but I'm too short. I hear Nathan chuckling behind me.

"Here," he grabs my waist, hauling me up so I'm sitting high on his shoulders and I squeal with surprise.

"Can you reach now?" Nathan grins and I giggle muttering a "yes".

I put the star on the tree and I tell Nathan he can put me down, which he does but he wraps his arms tighter around my waist from behind.

"This looks amazing, babe" He whispers in my ear.

"You helped" I tell him.

"Yeah but you did the majority of it" He pinched my hip making me gasp and laugh.

I sigh turning around and wrapping my arms around his neck, pressing a kiss to his button nose I love dearly.

"I love you" I bite my lip.

"I love you too. So damn much" He presses his lips into the crook of my neck. My teeth sink into my lip harder when he peppers my neck and collarbone with more kisses. He cups my cheek with his large hand and his soft lips come crashing down on mine.

I'm quick to kiss him back, my fingers making their way into his hair which I tug and I know he loves it when I do that.

The kiss deepens and deepens, I know what it may lead to.

Nathan's hands slide under my top and I flinch making him stop and he just looks down at me.

"I-I'm sorry, I..I can't. I'm not ready, Nathan I'm sorry" I apologise feeling extremely awkward and bad on his part. He's a man, men have their needs.

"Hey," Nathan coos taking my chin between his finger and thumb. "It's absolutely fine. I understand you're not ready yet, don't worry I'm not angry or upset."

I send him a small smile, leaning my head against his chest with a quieter sigh.

I hate Ollie for making me feel like this.
