day dreams were dangerous
very dangerous
they made me believe things,
things that weren't real,
they made me believe she was real
her laugh was real,
it lit up a room,
this dark, dark room
her golden laughter lit up everything,
washing away my darkness,
but soon enough,
i figured out,
she was dangerous,
because,
she was a daydream.
