As I start my new semester at a new school, I can't help but feel worried. Do people at this school react kindly to gay men? Do they get beaten for being who they are? I'll just have to find out.

I heard word around campus a new boy, John Watson was arriving today.
Great.
Me, being the 'antisocial freak' that I am, dislike people. Especially new kids who got a free ride here on scholarship. I had to work my arse off to get here and I don't appreciate when people get scholarships for something such as dumb as sports.

I finally found the headmistress' office and knocked on her door. "Come in!"
I slowly and timidly walked in the door and handed her my files from my previous school. As she skimmed through them, she nodded and looked up at me kindly. "I see you've gotten in a few quarrels with some bullies." I look down at the floor and blush. "Y-yes ma'am." She looks back down and reads through a little more then sets them down. "You will be staying in dormroom 221."
