Author's Note
This is Cress' point of view.
Cress was sitting by the pool when someone went up to her.
"what's you're name? "
Cress looked up to see a boy about her age. At lest she thought. Cress was only five feet and everyone looked like giants compared to her. He had blue eye and dirty blonde hair and stars. He was really hot.
"Cress. " She said. Her voice cracked and was at a higher pitch then normal.
"Cress that's a nice name. I'm Thorne."
"Hi." Her voice was just over a whisper.
He looked like the bad boy type. Someone her dad told her to stay away from, but what was the harm in just talking to him. Thorne smirked and Cress melted inside.
There was some yelling at the other side of the pool. Thorne turned around and cringed.
"Sorry. Looks like my friend could use some help. I got to go. "
Cress' face was red and she bit her lip. Her phone buzzed and she looked at it. Her father was texting her.
Dad-- where are you
Me-- at the pool
Dad--come back to the room you left your wrist band
Me--sorry I'll be right there
Cress practically ran to of her room. Knocking on the door she waited impatiently for it to open. Her father opened it and smiled at her. He handed her the band.
"Thanks." She said out of breath from running.
"Your welcome. Don't lose it. "
Sucking in another breath "I won't. "
She started to run back to the pool but ran into someone.
"sorry."
"it's OK. " A girl with bright red hair, huge brown eyes, and freckles all over the place stood in front of her.
She helped her up and said "I'm Scarlet what's your name?"
"Cress. "
Scarlet looked at her for a moment and the asked "Do you want to hang out with some of my friends and me?"
"Uh sure. "
"Awsome. Follow me. "
Cress followed closely behind Scarlet and realized she had no idea where she was going.
Author's Note
I hate this ending. BTW the next chapter will most likely be In Crees' point of view. (I'm still deciding what point of view I want it to be in.) I'm planning to go back to Cinder and Kai's point of views, but tell me if you want the others points of view too.
