Chapter 3

Tony's POV:

I woke up and felt a strange warmth. I looked and a red blanket with giraffes were on it. I quickly threw it off me, but being greeted with the cold air, I put it back over me. I looked around trying to find the man that was here. No sign of him.

Well minus his blanket.

I caught the scent of the blanket and it had the smell of him. I couldn't help but sniff the cover and cuddle into it like it was mine. I then heard the door jingle. I began to panic and without thinking just stayed still like a statue. It was only him. He smiled, I guess because I had the blanket.

"Are you comfortable?" He asked in a somewhat caring voice.

I then nodded. I wanted to feel safe but I knew that I couldn't trust him just yet. He then came closer to me and handed me a pink pillow. He chuckled.

"Sorry about that, it's the only one I could find.." He then looked down. I shook my head saying that it was alright. I took the pillow (I was so happy that I finally had one) and lied it on my bed frame. I then tried to get comfortable.

After many times of failing at getting comfortable, He told me that I would have to sleep on the floor only one more night because he was gonna bring me a bed. I quickly had to control myself because I wanted to burst in joy. I've wanted a bed for so long and they never gave me one. I wanted to thank him but...I was confused. Why was he doing all this for...me? For a killer...

I removed that thought from my mind. I wanted to know about this man. He seemed nice but, I'm not that stupid. I can't trust anyone, not even myself. But I still just had to know more about him. Before I could ask him something he said he was going home. I just nodded and agreed. That night I couldn't even sleep from how excited I was. Everytime I closed my eyes I saw him. I was actually looking forward to tomorrow instead of not wanted to be there. I wanted to see Mr. Mike. Is that weird?...
