you said that we

together.
You fixed my broken heart
but you just put a small bandage on it
and now it's broken a part.
You said I was beautiful
but was it just a lie.
You made me cry
you made me cut.
I thought you loved me
but where did that love go.
I hide in my room,
crying and cutting
thinking it was my fault.
I hope you're happy
you made me feel like that once
but now the bandage has ripped off.
breaking my heart
once again.
You made me feel happy
you made me feel loved
but was it all just
a joke.
You said that you lost
the crush
you had on me,
said it wasn't meant to be.
I think it's other reasons
but I'm not going to tell you.
You left
a temporary scar
that will be healed
by the next person
who breaks my heart.
