Colors are all around us,
in the sky, and on the ground.
We must all agree,
color is all around.
Red, orange and yellow,
commonly seen within fire.
Green, blue and violet,
known as envy, sad and desire.
There is brown and grey,
often seen upon furs.
Black and white as well,
like monochrome spurs.
There's shades in between,
a mix of this and that.
These colors form our world,
all shapes both round and flat.
Although our eyes can see,
the colors all around.
What is it our souls see,
or does color no longer surround?
