Daniels POV

My eyes opened and all I could see was Joey's grey hair. I lifted my head a little and saw Joey still hugging me tightly while we were in the couch. I smiled into his hair and gave it a little kiss before getting up and taking Joey into our room. I put Joey on the bed and pulled up the covers to his shoulders so he wouldn't get cold.

I checked the time and saw that it was already 6 in the afternoon. We slept the entire day.

I sighed and decided to make a little snack for me and Joey.

I finished with the smoothies, put them in two glass cups and brought them upstairs for me and Joey.

I went inside our room and saw Joey stretched out on the entire bed with the blanket already on the floor. I couldn't pass the chance to take a picture of my little baby sleeping like this.

After taking the pictures I sat on the side of the bed and started to shake Joey a little so he could wake up

"Baby, wake up. I made you a smoothie." I said still shaking his shoulders.

Joey grunted and just turned to his side.

"I don't wanna. Don't make me go to school." He said oblivious of what I told him.

"Joey, you don't go to school anymore remember? You're 24." I said giggling at how adorable he was at making any excuse to not get up from bed.

"Well then there's no point in getting out of bed since the only thing important was school." Joey said facing me with his eyes still closed.

"But I made your favorite smoothie." I said shaking the smoothie in his face.

He opened his eyes and snatched the smoothie from my hands and started to take little sips of it.

"Thank you." Joey said while putting the smoothie on the bedside table and rubbing his eyes with his sweater.

I laid my back on the headboard of the bed and Joey crawled up to my lap and nuzzled his face into my neck. He started leaving little kisses while adjusting himself on my lap.

"I still don't want to get up." He said leaving a big breath.

He wrapped his arms around me and started to once again fall asleep. I sighed and laid him back down onto the bed.

When I put him down my phone immediately started going off.

"Who's that?" Joey said opening his eyes to see the screen on my phone.

"It's no one baby. Go to sleep." I said giving him a little smile and locking the screen on my phone. He just shrugged and turned his head to the other side of pillow and started going to sleep while I rubbed his back.

Shit. He almost found out.
