I sighed today was a mess Doc was acting so....not Doc. I looked at my clock 11:0:4 p.m a frown tugged on my lips."Go to sleep brain."
"I'm sure that it is not that simple."
I bolted up starring at the darkness."Doc? Is that you?" The only light was the glow of the clock which wasn't much help. "Doc, ....stop goofing." I leaned over to switch on my lamp when a leather clad hand grabbed my wrist.
"Am I worrying you My Lady?"
"Making me think I'm crazy is more like it. Wait Doc, why are you in here? Won't they know you went missing?"
He chuckled."I'm sure they are busy with other matters at the moment." He released my wrist grabbing my hand helping me out of bed. Once I was standing a bone chilling breeze blew past me and in a blink of eye I was no longer in my cell, but Docs. My eyes widen as I took in my surroundings it was dimly lit but I could tell it looked like a old laboratory with a shiny metal operating table in the middle gleaming. I pulled my eyes away from it to Focusing my attention back on the Doctor. " Doc, whats going on? You were acting off in our meeting."
"My Lady in the months we have had our meetings have you felt different?"
My eyes brows raised in a questioning manner."Different?
He gave me this weird look as he slowly stepped towards me." I have noticed things , how quickly your cheeks flush, or how your eyes dilate with more than intrigue. Yes today as I was studying I had all the information I needed to come up with a valid diagnoses."
Oh my god he knows, how could I be such a open book. I stepped back shaking my head trying to process all this. It was when I backed myself against a wall that I looked up to see Doc slowly closing the space between us. "I'm fine Doc."
"My Lady your face is flushed , are you sure you're well?"
My heart hammered in my chest he was so close our bodies touching. I stood there a cornered mouse in the lions den. A deep laugh rumbled from behind the mask. As he tilted his head closer to my face. "Don't worry my dear, I am a Doctor my cure is most effective."
My eyes locked onto his storm grey ones, In that moment I knew I wasn't the only one needing the cure. I closed my eyes as he cupped my chin a cool pair of lips softly pressed against mine. The current that shot through my body wasn't like anything I've felt before. That chaste kiss had as cliche as it sounds took my breath away." Doc, if this is your cure then I'm going to need the full dose." I heard a chuckle as our lips met again but this kiss more passionate his tongue ran across my bottom lip which I of course complied. I was so lost in the moment the way he he tasted like cinnamon the way one of his hands squeezed my hip while the other rested behind my neck. My hands latched onto the front of his coat as if I was afraid he would just vanish. As we slowly broke away I caught his lower lip with my teeth tugging it slightly. He let out a mixture between a growl and moan as he pressed his body completely against me. My hands slid down his chest feeling what I assumed was his toned body through all that fabric. I had the urge to rip off and see just how right I was at that moment but what I felt next really gave me the drive to. As he pressed his hips against mine I could feel his hardness I bit my lip trying to keep myself under control.
"You, you do this to me. No other mortal has ever had the ability to infect me." Doc finally spoke.
I looked up at him my legs shaking thank god he was pretty much holding me up with his body."Doc, then this cure is going to be dangerous for the
Both of us. You may have said I was untouched but whatever has you has me too.""Do you trust me?"
I nodded yes to answer and watched as he backed away pulling out a black strip of material. He placed it over my eyes tying it in a knot behind my head. I couldn't help but smile"Doc, you don't seem to be the one to be into this sorta thing."
