I woke up in a mucky white room- not the usual scenery I'm used to. My first thought run but that became a problem as I was bound by 5 leather straps around my waist, wrists and hands.

Obviously normal people would struggle but that would gain the attention of the supposed kidnapper which wasn't at the top of my list. As far as I knew I don't have peripheral vision but it doesn't take Einstein to work out there was no escape.

"Ah your awake"

A croaky male voice said it was soothing but alarming at the same time

"Well let's start with formality, I am Dr.Smiley you are my chosen patient for this evening"

I looked at him with a
confused \bored \unimpressed expression

"Well I'm presuming you can talk so can you reply with your name"

"Why would you care I've never seen you in my life"

"Well my colleges brought you in here, they say you, well with lack of a better word, murdered two people expertly so we are presuming you have done it before"

"Ah right so I'm guessing those jars are or were your previous patients, you do what I do correct"

He gave a low throat laugh towering over me only now I could see his facial features.

He had dark inky hair that appeared well groomed but fell naturally messy which sounds strange but if you saw him in person you would understand my statement. His eyes were his most captivating feature red with dark rings surrounding them, they had a hypnotic aura to them drawing you to him like a bottomless black hole.

He had a normal mask to cover his mouth, like surgeons would wear, but had a hand drawn smile on it. It was an abnormal size with daggers for teeth filling the centre. He was wearing a white lab coat with a white shirt underneath with the occasional splattering of what appeared like brain matter and blood. His clothing was smart as it appeared he had black dress pants and a tie which personally fit his personality perfectly. He was skinny as far as I could see, I could not tell his height as he was leaning over me and I couldn't compare it to anything.

"Correct so can I have your name"

"Can I have my restraints removed"

"That is not the way I work I'm sorry to inform you"

He said grinning under his mask

"Blair-- most people call me PatchWork"

"Hah so your the informus PatchWork well I never thought the profession started this young"

I laughed with a hint of insanity leaking through the cracks of my soul

( yes I drag it on ignore me)

"You'd be surprised doctor"

"Well I'm afraid I'm going to have to discharge you as you my friend are going to meet my.... Well alleged family"

"You mean goblin and smiles-a-lot"

"Hah well yes yes I do"

"...crap"

More gore to come sorry for disappointing chapter
